Timothee Chalamet’s sister Pauline Chalamet gives birth to her first child with partner Rhys Raiskin

Timothee Chalamet’s elder sibling, Pauline Chalamet, has recently become a parent for the first time with her long-term companion, Rhys Raiskin.

32-year-old actress from Sex Lives of College Girls shared an exciting announcement during a conversation with director Greta Gerwig at the Stella McCartney show, which took place during Paris Fashion Week on Monday.

In a video posted on X, Pauline announced excitedly to Greta, “I’ve just had a newborn!” However, Greta disagreed, saying, “No!

‘Yeah!’ Chalamet said before putting an arm around her beau and sharing, ‘We just had a baby. Three weeks ago.’

The new mom didn’t reveal the baby’s name, gender, or exact birth date.

Initially, Chalamet subtly unveiled her pregnancy by gently showcasing her growing belly at the Paris Fashion Week in June.

She appeared in a photo uploaded to friend Jeanne Damas’ Instagram Stories.

Quietly, the lesser-known television personality didn’t make a public statement about her pregnancy, preferring instead to maintain privacy regarding her personal life and romantic relationships.

It’s unknown how long Pauline has been romantically involved with Rhys.

However, as reported by Just Jared, it appears that the pair had a lunch date in New York City with Timothee, who is 28 years old, in 2022.

Pauline is primarily recognized for playing Kimberly in the HBO Max show titled “Sex Lives of College Girls.

The show follows four 18-year-old freshman roommates at Essex College in Vermont.’ 

The characters are a mix of complex traits and emotions, making them both endearing and frustrating at times.

2021 saw the debut of the show’s initial season, while it was announced in December 2022 that the series would return for its third installment.

In a 2022 interview with The Cut, Pauline candidly discussed her dedication towards pursuing her love for acting and being part of the series.

She said while doing a scene for the play Antigone in high school, ‘something clicked.’

As I stood there, heart pounding with anticipation, I knew I had put every ounce of my passion and effort into preparing for this moment. For the very first time, I grasped the true essence of breathing life into a scene and a character – it was exhilarating!

Timothée Chalamet remarked, “I’ve always taken pleasure in acting, but it wasn’t until more recently, when I was residing in Paris full-time, that I truly dedicated myself to it.
