Timothée Chalamet’s private chef reveals he makes him three breakfasts on set and the pampered actor will eat one and discard the rest

On the set of Wonka, Timothée Chalamet had a very comfortable experience – the crew would make three different breakfast options for him, but he’d only choose one to eat.

Comedian Tom Davis, who also appeared in the movie, recently told the Daily Mail that something really bothered him: the actor had a private chef.

Our breakfasts weren’t very good. I started chatting with his chef regularly and often asked, “What’s on the menu today?”

‘He said, ”I do three different things for Tim, and he’ll have one thing.”

‘And Timothée turned around and went, ”Hey man, why don’t you have the other two things?”

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! Remember the actor who played young Willy Wonka? He seriously said he felt like an honorary Brit after living here for ages back in 2021! I mean, can you even imagine? It’s just… adorable! He clearly loved his time here, and honestly, we loved having him! It just proves how amazing the UK is, right? I’m so obsessed!

Timothée Chalamet recently shared on The Graham Norton Show that playing this character is his favorite role so far.

Timothée shared that while he’s proud of all his work, the prequel is his favorite film he’s been a part of.

I’ve never enjoyed a project more! It’s delightful and will genuinely make you happy.

We filmed in London, and after living there for five months, I feel like an adopted Brit – it was a really happy experience.

Graham then asked the Little Women actor how he managed to be in so many successful projects at a young age.

He said: ‘I just try to work with great directors.’

Since the movie Wonka came out, Timothée Chalamet – who is currently dating Kylie Jenner – has appeared in Marty Supreme and Dune: Part Two.

Kylie and Timothée have been together for more than three years and share a home. A source told the Daily Mail that they’ve been discussing marriage.

Sources close to Kylie and Timothée shared in early 2025 that the couple had established some ground rules for their relationship.

Although they’ve been a couple for over two years and now appear at events together, they haven’t shared any photos or posts about each other on social media.

During his acceptance speech at the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards in January, Timothée publicly acknowledged his girlfriend more openly than ever before.

He expressed his gratitude to his partner of three years, thanking them for the strong base they’ve built together. ‘I love you,’ he said, adding that he wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without their support.
