As a horror enthusiast who has survived countless sleepless nights thanks to the genre, I can confidently say that “Time Cut” is shaping up to be a chilling masterpiece. Having witnessed the terrifying success of movies like “Totally Killer,” I have no doubt in my mind that this film will send ripples of fear through audiences when it premieres on Netflix come October 30th.
In a thrilling turn of events, two popular Netflix actors, Antonia Gentry from “Ginny & Georgia” and Madison Bailey of “Outer Banks,” will star together in an upcoming Netflix project titled “Time Cut.” This blood-curdling slasher movie is scheduled to hit the streamer around Halloween, and with the spine-tingling official trailer now released, it’s time to prepare for a fright! Without a doubt, the trailer grabbed my attention within the initial five seconds, and I’m convinced that the release on Netflix on October 30th will make this movie a hit with audiences. The film appears to share similarities with the successful Amazon Prime Video slasher “Totally Killer”. What’s more, it boasts two highly-regarded actresses whose involvement in the project is sure to attract viewers.
It’s clear as day to me, even without watching it, that “Time Cut” is bound to be among the top horror movies Netflix will release this year. Take it from me!
The film titled “Time Cut” was skillfully managed by Hannah MacPherson, who collaborated with Michael Kennedy on its script. Notably, MacPherson is known for creating the popular teen series “T@gged”. Previously, she has also directed episodes of other teen-oriented shows such as “Trinkets” and “School Spirits”.
Contrarily, Kennedy is recognized for collaborating on the script of the highly praised slasher movie “Freaky”. Additionally, he penned the screenplay for the Christmas-themed slasher film titled “It’s a Wonderful Knife”. His latest project is the upcoming Valentine’s Day slasher flick “Heart Eyes”, which he co-wrote.
In the film “Time Cut”, we journey alongside Lucy Field, a gifted high school senior, who leaps through time to the year 2003 in an attempt to prevent her older sister Summer Field from being murdered by an enigmatic assassin. Bailey takes on one of the main roles as Lucy Field, and Gentry skillfully portrays Lucy’s sister, Summer Field. The rest of the cast comprises Michael Shanks, Griffin Gluck, Rachael Crawford, Jordan Pettle, Megan Best, Samuel Braun, Sydney Sabiston, and Kataem O’Connor.
