Tim Blackwell lists four-bedroom family home in Sydney for $4million following split from ex-wife Monique

Radio personality Tim Blackwell, known for his drive-time show on NOVA FM, and his former wife, Monique, are selling their luxurious Sydney house. The sale comes two years after their 14-year marriage ended.

This beautifully renovated five-bedroom home in Stanmore is expected to sell for around $4 million at auction on Saturday, September 27th.

The house still looks classic from the front, but the back was completely remodeled in 2020 with nearly $1 million in updates, including impressively high, five-meter ceilings.

The home has been updated with stylish new features, like a completely remodeled kitchen with a stunning three-meter marble island, and a spacious backyard pool.

This home is perfect for families and hosting guests, featuring a large outdoor dining space and a durable cast-iron barbecue.

At the rear of the 185sqm block sits a garage with a bedroom above, accessed via a rear street.

This property is in a great spot, only 3 kilometers from Sydney’s city center, and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, bars, and public transportation.

Tim’s former partner, Monique, used to run her yoga studio, Mond Women, from a modern section of the house, teaching both individual and small-group classes.

She recently revealed on social media that moving the studio had been a bittersweet experience. 

She told her fans that while moving is never fun, packing up the Mond Women studio forced her to think about what’s important and reminded her of her own strength.

I’ll always treasure the time I spent in my studio. It was a special space, and I’ll never forget it.

Blackwell works with Joel Creasey and Ricki-Lee Coulter as a co-host on Nova’s national drive show, which is broadcast across the country.

He joined Nova in 2001 and previously worked with Marty Sheargold and Kate Ritchie.

In September 2024, Tim broke his silence about his shock split.

In December 2023, Monique, the wife of a Nova radio host, revealed on Instagram that they were getting divorced.

Tim hadn’t said anything publicly about his breakup with Monique since she first shared the news on Instagram.

Monique broke the sad news to friends and fans of the couple.

She started a caption under some old photos of her and Tim, writing, ‘Even good things don’t always have to end, but this one has.’

She also expressed gratitude for the kind messages she’d received after announcing her and Tim’s separation, thanking people for their love, support, and sympathy.

In November, Tim publicly debuted his much younger new girlfriend, 29-year-old Lizzie Baxter.

Lizzie, a blonde and striking woman, is 15 years younger than Tim. She works as a producer for the Nova breakfast show, ‘Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie’.

According to a source at the Daily Mail, Lizzie and someone else were playfully flirting online for several months last year. Photos suggesting they were a couple were once publicly available on Lizzie’s Instagram, but she has since made the account private.

Another insider adds, ‘Their relationship is well-known in the industry. It’s not really a secret.’ 

Lizzie works as a content producer for Fitzy and Wippa in the same Sydney office as Tim.
