TikTok star Taylor Rousseau Grigg’s cause of death revealed by family
As a fellow social media enthusiast who has followed Taylor Rousseau Grigg’s journey, I am deeply saddened by her untimely passing. It is heart-wrenching to see such vibrant energy and talent snuffed out so soon.
The reason for the demise of popular TikToker Taylor Rousseau Grigg has been disclosed, just weeks after her untimely and shocking departure.
It was verified by Grigg’s relatives on Thursday that the 25-year-old social media personality passed away due to complications linked with Addison’s disease and asthma.
Addison’s disease refers to a less common health condition where the adrenal glands fail to produce sufficient amounts of the hormones cortisol and aldosterone, as stated by the Mayo Clinic.
A condition called adrenal insufficiency can potentially be fatal, and its symptoms—such as severe tiredness, weight reduction, and low blood pressure—may progress gradually over an extended period.
Individuals with Addison’s disease require synthetic hormones as a treatment for their long-term ailment, however, there is currently no known remedy for it.
In the months leading up to her passing, Griggs revealed to her followers that she had been battling an enigma ailment since August 2023.
