Tiger Woods’ ex Rachel Uchitel, 50, reveals her surgically-enhanced backside just days after third wedding

Rachel Uchitel recently showed off her figure shortly after her third wedding.

The woman who first gained public attention in 2009 as Tiger Woods’ mistress recently shared that she had buttock sculpting injections just a week before marrying Dan Donovan, a CEO from Palm Beach.

On Tuesday, she posted pictures to Instagram showing off her new physique in a teal bikini. She also wrote a detailed message explaining why she chose to get cosmetic surgery.

Uchitel initially desired a Brazilian butt lift, but leading surgeons informed her she didn’t have sufficient body fat to undergo the procedure.

She explained that she was hoping for a subtle Brazilian Butt Lift – not a drastic change, but just enough to give her a more toned and athletic appearance.

‘Leading up to my wedding, I was in the gym at least four times a week, and no matter what I did, that lift just wasn’t happening,’ Uchitel continued.

The podcast host began looking into non-surgical butt lifts, often called injectable sculpting, and eventually discovered Dr. Robert Dorfman, a well-known surgeon.

She excitedly explained that just a week before her wedding, she went to New York, visited his beautiful office, and had a butt lift procedure completed in under half an hour.

‘No incisions. No downtime. Painless. It feels completely real, and it lasts about three years.’

Uchitel declared the process was completely worth the cost, then playfully mentioned her husband.

She jokingly exclaimed that her rear looked better than it had in decades, saying it hadn’t looked this good since she was 21—and she’s now 50! She and her husband both agree that the results feel natural.

The post got a lot of attention from Uchitel’s famous friends, and even Heidi Fleiss, a former Hollywood figure, said the outcome was ‘perfect’.

Dr. Dorfman shared her excitement about the results, saying she’s so happy to see you feeling good. She also thanked you for letting her be a part of your journey, especially with your wedding approaching!

The announcement from Uchitel follows closely after her recent wedding to the CEO of her security firm. The couple celebrated with a three-day, extravagant ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida, over New Year’s Eve.

The bride, adorned with over $1 million in diamonds and jewelry from Nini Jewels and Moshe Haimoff, exchanged vows with her partner in front of 130 guests.

The party included several of Uchitel’s well-known friends, such as reality stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Dodd, comedian Heather McDonald, radio host Paige Davis, and MTV personality Bam Margera.

For his extravagant wedding, Uchitel collaborated with top professionals: luxury wedding planner Danielle Elder of Classic Events NYC and celebrated event designer Lewis Miller.

Before the wedding, Uchitel had already dismissed two other wedding planners because she wasn’t satisfied with their work and felt they didn’t meet her high standards.

For the ceremony, she donned an ‘amazing’ gown from bridal designer Oksana Mukha.

She walked down the aisle to a beautiful acoustic version of ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’ – the same song made famous in the movie Crazy Rich Asians – performed by Kina Grannis.

Overall, the couple’s wedding was a three-day affair that culminated on New Year’s Eve.

Guests kicked off the celebrations with a welcome party at the elegant Breakers hotel in Palm Beach, and then enjoyed a boat trip on Donovan’s 48-foot yacht before the main event.

In March, Donovan proposed with a 10.5-carat diamond ring at the Rosewood Miramar in Santa Barbara. He included his future stepdaughter, Wyatt, who is 12 years old, in choosing the ring.

‘I love the ring so much. I sleep with it and I never take it off. I just love it,’ she gushed.

After years of her relationships being public and often dramatic, Uchitel says she’s now engaged to a successful businessman and feels she’s finally found lasting happiness.

I’m incredibly fortunate,” she said. “He’s a truly wonderful person – kind, successful, and everything I could ask for.

I’ve noticed a lot of people are looking for a partner who embodies strength and confidence, but without the ego. What I mean is, someone who is naturally assertive and capable, but also kind and considerate. It’s about having those wonderful qualities – leadership, drive – without being arrogant or, frankly, unpleasant. It’s a really attractive combination!

He leads and started four businesses. Despite being a strong, independent woman, I really appreciate being cared for by a confident, assertive man.

Uchitel had been engaged to James Andrew O’Grady, but he sadly died in the September 11th attacks.

Prior to her current relationship, she was briefly married to Wall Street trader Steven Ehrenkranz in 2004 – the marriage lasted only four months.

She married former football player Hahn, but they divorced after three years in 2014. They now share parenting responsibilities for their daughter, Wyatt Lily, and maintain a friendly relationship.

She notoriously had an affair with Woods in 2009 and actor David Boreanaz in 2010.

Following the revelation of his affair, the golfer confessed to having cheated on his wife with over 120 women.
