She expressed her joy at seeing everyone and mentioned that she wasn’t in jail today or tomorrow. Jokingly, she added that if one were to end up in jail, Beverly Hills would be an ideal location for it.
She continued: ‘We’ve all been in jails a few times. Like, I’ve been in a long jail center. Let me tell you, it’s nothing like the Beverly Hills police.’
On Thursday, the star of Girls Trip put on a show at a nightclub as part of The Laugh Factory’s 45-year tradition of hosting a free Thanksgiving meal for the local community.
At The Laugh Factory, they offer free Thanksgiving meals along with the opportunity to enjoy live music and comedy shows, all at no cost, to individuals who may not otherwise be able to celebrate with a festive meal.
As stated by Fox, comedian Haddish, singer Tom Dreesen, as well as radio personality Frazer Smith, were some of the entertainers who took the stage during the occasion.
In February, Haddish agreed to a plea bargain for reckless driving in connection with her DUI charge in Beverly Hills, which happened three months prior.
After her hearing at the court, the two misdemeanor DUI accusations against her were dismissed. Instead, she admitted guilt for reckless driving and entered a “no contest” plea regarding the traffic violation charge.
According to Tiffany Haddish’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, Ms. Haddish has accepted a minor infraction related to traffic regulations (not driving under the influence), which has since been dropped. She is eager for this matter to be resolved and moved past it. (Rolling Stone)

After her arrest in November, just a few hours following her comedy performance at the Laugh Factory on Thanksgiving, she pledged to seek assistance.

‘I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,’ she pledged.
The actress shared that she’s been keeping a positive attitude following the event. As reported by the source, she praised the Beverly Hills Police Department for their proficient handling and professionalism in the situation.
Back in January 2022, she was taken into custody for a DUI in Peachtree City, Georgia, much like the previous time. When talking about this occurrence with Jimmy Fallon, she made a light-hearted comment on the topic.
During that period, it was reported by TMZ that the actress from Night School was discovered apparently asleep behind the wheel of her vehicle.
Officers told the site they believed that she had been smoking marijuana.
Soon after, her mug shot was released, showing the star smiling and makeup free.
Later on, she spoke about her arrest during an interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. She said, “Jimmy, here’s what I can tell you… I’ve been asking God for a decent man. A good one. And it seems like God heard my prayer and sent me not one, but four. In uniform.
She continued: ‘And now I got a really great lawyer, and we’re going to work it out. I’ve got to get my asking of things to God a little better!’
Haddish had split from rapper and actor Common three months before.
