It’s been verified that the duration of Thunderbolts matches up with several blockbuster films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In the United Kingdom, the movie “Thunderbolts” is set to be released on May 2nd. This action-packed story revolves around a band of Marvel’s unconventional heroes joining forces for a perilous assignment.
In this team, we have Florence Pugh portraying Yelena Belova again, Sebastian Stan making a comeback as Bucky Barnes, Olga Kurylenko taking up the role of Taskmaster, and David Harbour assuming the character of Red Guardian.
The runtime of the movie “Thunderbolts” has been officially announced, and it will last for approximately 2 hours and 6 minutes. This places it as the sixteenth shortest Marvel Cinematic Universe film out of a total of 34 movies, which means it’s right in the middle of the pack.
The forthcoming film holds its ground alongside hits such as Iron Man, Captain Marvel, and numerous other Marvel Cinematic Universe productions, each running slightly over two hours.
2008’s film “Iron Man” and 2022’s “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” both run for 2 hours and 6 minutes, whereas “Captain Marvel,” which was released in 2019, has a slightly longer runtime of 2 hours and 4 minutes.
All four movies – Spider-Man: Far From Home, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, Deadpool & Wolverine, and Iron Man 2 – have roughly the same length when measured by runtime.
In other words, Thunderbolts is significantly shorter than Avengers: Endgame, with a running time that’s about an hour less than Avengers: Endgame’s total of 3 hours and 1 minute.

Thunderbolts* will be released in UK cinemas on May 1, and US cinemas on May 2.
