As a dedicated Street Fighter 6 gamer, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of the Capcom Cup 11. It’s the pinnacle of our esports scene, showcasing the absolute limits of what can be achieved in this game. Every top competitor aspires to make it to this official event, dreaming of the boundless glory that comes with being crowned a Capcom Cup champion.

The roster for Capcom 11 includes a total of 48 competitors, with ten hailing from major international events like the Capcom Pro Tour 2024 Premier tournaments. The remaining participants are representatives from 24 different regions.

Capcom Cup 11 players qualified from CPT 2024 Premier

For the Capcom Pro Tour 2024 series, only 8 competitors could qualify as Premier champions. Generally, it’s the victors who secure their spots for the Capcom Cup 11. However, in two Super Premier qualifiers, not just the winner but the top two players progress to the final event.

Capcom Cup 11 participants from regional leaderboards

The Capcom Pro Tour 2024 includes online competitions for the World Warrior series. There are five online tournaments held in each of the 24 regions, culminating in a regional final. Players accumulate ranking points, and the top one or two performers from each region qualify for the SF6 Capcom Cup 11.

10 regions have one spot only. 14 regions enjoy their Super status and two qualification spots.

Groups at Capcom Cup 11

On Valentine’s Day, the group assignment for Capcom Cup 11 was conducted. RobTV and Brian F were the hosts for this event. You can catch the entire broadcast right here.

The groups for the SF6 Capcom Cup 11 are shown in the image below. In this tournament, each group will play a Single Round Robin format, meaning every player competes against every other one. The top two players from each group move on to the final Playoffs. These winners are placed in the upper bracket, while runners-up begin in the elimination brackets.

When is Capcom Cup 11?

In simple terms, the culminating competition of Street Fighter 6 takes place once all the qualifying tournaments have been completed.

From March 5th through March 8th, we have Capcom Cup 11. Following this event, the Street Fighter community will get to see the team-based tournament: The Street Fighter League World Championship 2024 is scheduled for March 9th.
