Summerwater
Channel 4 calls Summerwater a “gripping and addictive six-episode” series. The story unfolds in a secluded Scottish holiday park by a loch, where unsettling events begin to happen.
I’m really excited about this drama – it’s based on Sarah Moss’s popular novel! It looks like things are going to get intense as the families on vacation all start dealing with their own personal problems, and tensions really start to boil over.
Channel 4 says the popular series, featuring actors like Dougray Scott, Shirley Henderson, Shauna Macdonald, and Jamie Sives, will end with a shocking and dramatic finale.
Summerwater will be available to watch from Sunday 16 November on Channel 4.

Claire Danes plays Aggie Wiggs, a well-known author struggling with grief after the loss of her son, and has withdrawn from public view.
Aggie hasn’t been able to paint since her son died, but she unexpectedly finds inspiration when a new neighbor moves in. Nile Jarvis (played by Matthew Rhys), a well-known and powerful real estate developer, catches her attention and reignites her creative spark.

Mr Mercedes
Former detective Bill Hodges (Brendan Gleeson) is drawn into a dangerous conflict with a disturbed killer, haunted by an unsolved case from his past that he can’t seem to forget.
When unsettling letters begin to surface, retired Bill is drawn back into a dangerous pursuit: tracking down a ruthless killer and bringing them to justice. However, his quest for vengeance could lead him into serious legal trouble.

Last Samurai Standing
Set in 1878 Japan, a decade after the height of the samurai era, The Last Samurai Standing tells the story of the remaining samurai who have lost their position in society. They’ve been forbidden from carrying swords and have had their identities and status taken away.
Things are looking really rough for these samurai. There’s a huge divide between the rich and poor, and a deadly cholera outbreak is spreading. Just when it seems like there’s no hope, they get a chance to compete in this insane, brutal tournament called Kodoku. The prize? A massive 100 billion yen! But here’s the catch: only one person can win, and you have to be completely ruthless to survive and become the last samurai left. It’s a fight to the death, plain and simple, and I’m totally hooked to see who will make it!
Last Samurai Standing is available to watch on Thursday 13 November on Netflix.
I’m so excited! The latest issue of Living Legends is out, and it features Ariana & Witches! You can grab a copy at all good newsagents or order it online for only £8.99.
