Thomas Skinner brought his Strictly Come Dancing partner, Amy Dowden, to meet his family – his wife and children.

The reality TV star’s time on Strictly Come Dancing has been overshadowed by scandal, following his confession to infidelity just weeks after marrying in May 2022.

Despite claiming his marriage was solid just last week, Thomas enthusiastically talked about the importance of family on Tuesday evening while Amy was visiting for dinner.

He happily posted pictures of his wife, Sinead, and Amy snuggling with his three kids – five-year-old Henry and two-year-old twin daughters, Roma and Dalia – on the couch. They took the photos before he and Amy started practicing their dance routine in the dining room.

Thomas shared that his Strictly Come Dancing partner, Amy Dowden, visited his family after their training session. He said everyone loved meeting her!

My children adore Amy; she’s fantastic with them and they’re really attached to her. It’s so sweet! Sinéad also made a wonderful dinner, and it seems like a beautiful friendship is blossoming between them.

He stated he’s determined to stay in the competition and avoid being the first celebrity eliminated. He promised to work incredibly hard, saying, ‘I won’t let Amy down, and I’m excited for everyone to see my performance this Saturday night.’

Thomas finished his message by sending well wishes to Dani Dyer, who had to leave the show on Tuesday with a broken foot. He said he felt terrible for his friend.

Thomas’ Strictly stint has so far been marred in controversy.

He’s faced criticism online for attending a barbeque hosted by JD Vance, a close ally of former US President Donald Trump. He later described the event as a rare and special opportunity.

He’s facing backlash for comments on social media where he defended expressions of national pride – like flying the flag and loving one’s country – and claimed London feels unsafe, describing it as hostile and tense.

Despite concerns before starting Strictly Come Dancing with Amy, Thomas stated he doesn’t expect to face backlash and assured everyone that his marriage is doing well.

On Sunday, after recently enjoying his first time dancing, he posted a long and emotional message on X, stating he was facing attacks but was becoming more resilient.
