Early Sunday morning, Kelly Osbourne was spotted laughing with a friend in a cozy spot at the Broadwick Hotel in Soho, known for its fancy and comfortable furniture.
I was at the after-party following Lily Allen’s shows at the London Palladium, and let me tell you, the champagne was flowing! But beyond the bubbly, everyone was buzzing about a certain connection – people were definitely starting to talk about what was really going on between two people in particular.
According to one attendee, the couple was openly affectionate throughout the party, even posing for selfies with a large tripod and bright lighting, as reported by the Daily Mail.
At the time, people didn’t realize the reality star, 41, had just ended her four-year engagement with Sid Wilson, the Slipknot DJ and father of her child. The two had actually been friends for 27 years before becoming a couple.
According to an insider, Kelly and her friend are very close – they even wore matching knitted hats! They weren’t trying to hide their connection and were seen talking with Lily together.
It’s clear Kelly deeply trusts these people, as they’re always with her, and she would go wherever they go.
The Daily Mail has learned that Kelly Osbourne has been confiding in a 37-year-old non-binary hairdresser named Kiinicki, who has reportedly been a source of support since the passing of her father, rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, in July.
Kiinicki, who prefers the pronouns they/them and has chosen not to disclose their birth name, traveled from Los Angeles to the UK to offer support to Kelly and her three-year-old son, Sidney Jr.
Representatives of the reality star have declined to comment.
On Saturday, the couple enjoyed a day out in London, wearing matching hats as they walked around the city. They later attended a concert by the Smile at the Palladium, sitting together during the performance.

It was her and Kiinicki, lying in bed with her little one, and get this… they were all wearing diapers on their heads! It was the most adorable, quirky thing ever, and I can’t stop thinking about it. Oh my gosh, she posted the cutest thing! Apparently, her little boy had pinkeye, but she said they’ve been keeping him entertained and thankfully he’s starting to feel better! I’m so relieved to hear he’s on the mend, honestly. It just melts my heart seeing her be such a good mom!
They both have matching tattoos of a crescent moon with a tooth, which they got while in the US. This was the same month the 41-year-old reality star was last seen publicly with her ex-fiancé, at the Grammys.
I remember it like it was yesterday. Just seven months ago, I was backstage at my dad’s last ever Black Sabbath concert, right there in our hometown of Birmingham. It was such a different vibe then – a whirlwind of energy and emotion! It’s amazing how quickly things can change.
Ozzy was seated with Sharon, Kelly’s mother, beside him. Jack, Kelly’s brother, stood behind them, and their friends were all around.
He suddenly quieted the room, took her hand, and said he couldn’t imagine a happier life than one spent with her. Turning to Kelly in front of their family and friends, he asked her to marry him.
Just like his rebellious persona, the aging rock star Ozzy Osbourne famously yelled, “You’re not marrying my daughter!”
It was just a joke, since they’d been friends for years. They first met in 1999 when Sid’s band, Slipknot, toured with her parents at Ozzfest.
The room burst into laughter when Kelly, completely surprised, hugged her new fiancé tightly – he’d planned the proposal flawlessly.
Just seventeen days later, Kelly’s life was forever altered by the sudden death of her father, Ozzy, who passed away from a heart attack, leaving the family devastated.
It was incredibly moving to see Sid Wilson, Slipknot’s DJ, there for Kelly at the funeral. He was a true support, and I was shocked and saddened to see him even helping carry Ozzy’s coffin. The streets of Birmingham were absolutely packed with fans – thousands of us – all there to pay our respects as the family made their way to the service in late July. It was a really tough day, but seeing that kind of support was something else.
However, Sid’s time with the Osbourne family was short-lived. News broke yesterday that the couple had separated seven months after the 76-year-old passed away.
According to sources, Kelly has been having a hard time since her father passed away. She’s deeply saddened by the loss and is trying her best to get through it.
Actually, she and Sid have been struggling in their relationship for a while now, and things weren’t as perfect as they seemed.
Honestly, it breaks my heart, but they really gave it a shot, especially thinking about their kid. But deep down, they both knew it just wasn’t working, and splitting up is what’s best for everyone in the long run. It’s so sad, but I respect their decision to prioritize what’s healthy, even if it means saying goodbye.
Kelly has been through a lot in the last year, but she’s stayed strong and maintained her sobriety. Now, she’s prioritizing her own well-being and being a good mom.
The mother shared her views on sexuality back in 2017, before her relationship with her former fiancé, stating she was open to love regardless of gender.
In an interview with PrideSource, she explained that it’s about the individual, not their sexual orientation.
I’m not intentionally trying to be ahead of the curve or modern; I simply don’t like using the world’s definitions of sexuality. I prefer not to define it at all.
It’s who you’re attracted to romantically and physically. I always say you should never rule anything out. I’ve never dated a woman before, but I’m open to the possibility in the future.
This will be Kelly’s third broken engagement. She previously planned to marry chef Matthew Mosshard, whom she met at Kate Moss’s wedding in 2011, but she ended that relationship in 2014.
Before that, she was with model Luke Worrall, but they split up in 2010 after a two-year relationship, following her public claims that he had been unfaithful.
Kelly’s friends, who have been supporting her through the recent loss of her father, were happy to see her smiling again, with one saying it was ‘just great to see a smile back on her face.’
