These are the 10 most-watched shows on streaming right now: How many are you watching?

As a seasoned gamer and a dedicated binge-watcher who has seen more shows than I care to count, I have to say that the current rankings of streaming series are quite intriguing. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power on Prime Video is an obvious choice for No.1, given its rich history and epic storytelling. However, what caught my eye were the lesser-known gems like Only Murders in the Building on Hulu and Kaos on Netflix.

It’s no shock that Prime Video’s “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” is currently the most-watched series on streaming platforms, given its recently debuted second season and a dedicated fanbase since its inception. While the film franchise certainly played a part, it’s not just that; it’s an exceptional adventure in its own right. I’d wager that “The Rings of Power” will continue to dominate the top three for several more weeks

In the second and third spots are “Only Murders in the Building,” from Hulu, and “Chaos” (originally from Netflix). I must admit that I was not previously familiar with “Chaos”, but its inclusion here has piqued my interest. Given its current position, it’s reasonable to wonder if it can maintain its place among the top 10 for weeks to come or if this is simply an early success. “Chaos” features a stellar cast that includes Jeff Goldblum, Janet McTeer, Cliff Curtis, and others. The Netflix dark comedy revolves around Zeus’s panic as he discovers a wrinkle on his forehead, which could potentially signal the end of his reign. Will it hold its ground or will this be a fleeting moment?

The top 10 most-watched shows on streaming

  1. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power on Prime Video
  2. Only Murders in the Building on Hulu
  3. Kaos on Netflix
  4. English Teacher on FX (streams the next day on Hulu)
  5. Bad Monkey on Apple TV+
  6. From on MGM+
  7. Terminator Zero on Netflix
  8. The Old Man on FX (streams the next day on Hulu)
  9. Slow Horses on Apple TV+
  10. Dark Winds on Netflix

From this list, there are a couple of noteworthy points: Apple TV+’s “Bad Monkey” has seen a significant decline, while they’ve introduced a new series titled “English Teacher”. Have you happened to catch either of these shows? Moving forward, it looks like season 2 of “Tell Me Lies” may create quite the wave in the top 10 when we next meet, and let’s not forget about “The Perfect Couple” on Netflix. Which one are you most intrigued to watch?
