There’s isn’t a new episode of My Life Is Murder on tonight, and the series may not return
As a devoted fan of “My Life Is Murder,” these past eight Mondays have been a thrilling rollercoaster ride for me. Following Alexa Crowe through her intriguing murder investigations has kept me hooked, and the last two episodes of Season 4 left me on the edge of my seat.
Over the past eight Mondays, we’ve enjoyed our time greatly. We tagged along with Alexa Crowe through numerous murder investigations as portrayed in “My Life Is Murder,” but the final episodes of Season 4 saw her finding herself in hot water and on the wrong side of the investigation.
We’re sad to say that there won’t be any new story instalments this week. No episode will air on Monday, July 29. The past two episodes served as the two-part Season 4 finale, leaving us with a long break until we get more. So, unfortunately, we’ll have to wait for new episodes to arrive.
I was left with a feeling of finality after watching the Season 4 finale. It seemed like the end of the series to me. But, could there be more episodes in store? The possibility of a Season 5 is something that has crossed my mind lately.
My Life Is Murder brought closure for Alexa Crowe
In the two-part Season 4 finale, Alexa Crowe’s past resurfaced as she delved into an all-female group named The Widows Club. Though she seldom speaks of it, her late husband’s death became a crucial piece in her investigation. It served as an effective entry point for her, which she seized.
Surprisingly, she was unaware that her past would be a significant focus in the upcoming episode. Suddenly, a familiar face appeared – Ray, an old acquaintance of Alexa’s. Shockingly, it was revealed that Ray was the one who had taken her husband’s life years ago.
Alexa had an opportunity to address past grievances with Ray, not out of desire for retaliation. Instead, she chose to confront him about his harmful actions towards her. Tragically, Ray met his end, making Alexa the prime suspect in his murder. Despite knowing her innocence, Harry was compelled to include her in the investigation.
Luckily, the true killer was identified. As an added bonus, Alexa enjoyed a heartwarming reunion with Madison, Harry, and Reuben, expressing her feelings towards them. The experience seemed like the perfect ending, yet I’m hoping for more adventures in “My Life Is Murder.”
