‘The View’s’ Alyssa Farah Griffin gave birth to a baby boy — with some help from Bad Bunny

Alyssa Farah Griffin, the former Trump staffer-turned-co-host of “The View,” is now a mom.

Political commentator Farah Griffin, 36, and her husband Justin Griffin welcomed a baby boy late Tuesday evening. She announced the news Wednesday morning on Instagram, sharing that their son is named Justin Patrick Griffin Jr.

She expressed her happiness and gratitude for all the kind messages she received, according to her social media post. While she didn’t share any details about her new baby, her “The View” colleague, Whoopi Goldberg, did.

Music

The Puerto Rican superstar headlined music’s biggest stage Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.

So, on yesterday’s show, Whoopi started things off by congratulating Farah Griffin on her new baby boy! He’s a healthy 7 pounds and almost 20 inches long – the audience went wild! Whoopi also let us know that both mom and baby are doing great. Joy, of course, thought we needed even more celebration, which, honestly, fair enough!

“Where’s the confetti? I thought we’re having confetti,” she joked.

“We didn’t push babies out, [Farah Griffin] did,” replied co-host Sara Haines.

Farah Griffin, a co-host on a daytime talk show since 2022, shared in October that she and her husband are expecting a baby. The couple got married in 2021.

The CNN political commentator appeared on Monday’s episode of “The View” to discuss Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show. After calling his performance “excellent,” Farah Griffin shared that the lively, energetic celebration of Latin culture made her think she might go into labor.

Entertainment & Arts

Okay, so I was shocked to hear that Jill Zarin got in trouble for what she said about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl show! Apparently, she didn’t hold back with her opinion on how it looked and sounded, and E! ended up taking her off ‘The Golden Life’ because of it. It’s crazy how quickly things can change!

It seems she had a point! The next day, Whoopi Goldberg shared on the show that Farah Griffin was unexpectedly in labor and at the hospital.

From officiating a wedding during a concert to reportedly helping to bring a baby into the world, it appears Bad Bunny has a knack for being present during significant life events.
