The Traitors’ Diane Carson becomes latest contestant to leave Celebrity MasterChef after disappointing poussin dish
As a food enthusiast and ardent follower of MasterChef, I must admit that last night’s episode left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, I was thrilled to see the contestants dive headfirst into the kitchen challenges. On the other, it pained me to see the talented and charming Emma leave the show.
On Tuesday night’s episode, Diane Carson was the most recent contestant to depart from Celebrity MasterChef.
63-year-old actress, who was known as “The Traitor’s Star,” has recently departed from the BBC program, following an unsuccessful attempt at pleasing the judges with her chicken dish presentation. (Paraphrased)
Once it was confirmed that she was leaving, Diane remarked, “I’m feeling let down, but, well, someone must return home.”
She also admitted that she’s rediscovered her love of cooking because of the experience.
Diane mentioned that this particular encounter had rekindled her enthusiasm for cooking. She’s eagerly looking forward to hosting dinner gatherings once more.
Judge Gregg Wallace admitted that, despite her culinary skills being exceptional, someone else’s participation necessitated her premature departure from the competition.
Diane shared that it was primarily due to persuasion from her children that she agreed to participate in the show. They thought it would be fun.
They enjoy tuning in to Celebrity MasterChef. They found it amusing, and perhaps, a little testing ground for me to rekindle my passion for entertaining! Over the years, I’ve been surrounded by family and friends, and I’ve always relished the opportunity to entertain them.
As an enthusiastic cooking enthusiast, I jump at the chance to experiment with fresh recipes alongside my friends. If a recipe doesn’t pan out, it simply doesn’t pan out. My humble abode had been in the midst of construction for nearly a year, leaving me without a proper kitchen or fully functioning oven. Little did I know that this serendipitous turn of events would lead to an unexpected invitation to participate on ‘Celebrity MasterChef’. Needless to say, my culinary skills were far from polished!

A week ago, socialite Emma Weymouth was removed from the program, leaving fans expressing that she seemed visibly disheartened.
In simpler terms, the 38-year-old lady who holds the title ‘Marchioness of Bath’ was eliminated from the elite culinary contest, right before the semi-finals began.
She competed against singer, actor, and host Jake Quickenden, actor Tamer Hassan, and comedian Jamie McDonald.
Nevertheless, following three tough culinary trials, Emma did not manage to satisfy judges Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal enough to advance to the next stage of the competition.
The episode started off by presenting an unusual challenge where the four enthusiastic stars were divided into two groups. In one team we had Tamer and Emma, while in the other, it was Jake and Jamie.
After learning that she no longer held her position in the performance, Emma expressed: “Nothing about this experience seemed genuine to me. I can hardly accept that I went through with it.”
I feel satisfied with myself for accomplishing what I set out to do. It’s nice to return home to my children and spouse, where I can relax.
While the other three competitors applauded, the judges declared that they had advanced to the quarterfinals.
Audience members of the BBC One program enthusiastically expressed their sentiments on a platform known as X (previously Twitter), regarding the departure of socialite Emma from the show, while expressing their continued support for the rest of the cast. They posted messages like:
