As a seasoned gamer and a dedicated fan of dystopian dramas, I must say that my journey with Snowpiercer has been nothing short of rollercoaster-like! After years of delays and detours, this train finally reached its destination on AMC this summer.
The dark, dramatic series known as “Snowpiercer” has certainly had its ups and downs throughout its journey. To be frank, it hasn’t been a smooth ride at all! Originally, “Snowpiercer” made its debut on the TNT network in the summer of 2020 to a reasonable viewership. However, this wasn’t without facing numerous challenges and obstacles over the course of more than two years. Fast forwarding to three seasons later, TNT chose to disembark all passengers – I’ll refrain from further train-related puns, I assure you!
The fourth and concluding season was approved, though it won’t be broadcast on TNT. Instead, AMC took over the show. Unfortunately, there might not be additional seasons from AMC, but at least fans will witness a full storyline resolution. Here’s to hoping the finale does justice to our beloved characters.
The fourth season of Snowpiercer aired this summer, specifically on July 21st, and it’s been quite an exhilarating journey! If you haven’t been following along, you’re truly missing out. Rest assured, no spoilers will be given here. However, I strongly suggest catching up on any episodes you might have missed by streaming Snowpiercer on the AMC+ platform. Not only is season 4 available, but the first three seasons are also accessible there.
As a dedicated gamer diving into the final season of my favorite show, I’m pumped to know that we’ve got 10 thrilling episodes ahead! So far, eight episodes have dropped, which leaves just two more to conquer! The grand finale, marking not only the end of this season but also the series as a whole, is scheduled to air on AMC (with streaming options available on AMC+) on September 22nd. Below, you’ll find the release schedule and titles for the remaining two episodes – can’t wait to unravel their mysteries!
- Episode 9 is titled “Dominant Trails” and will premiere on Sunday, Sept. 15
- Episode 10 (the big finale) is titled “Last Stop” and will premiere on Sept. 22
Instead of hoping for additional episodes, it’s nice that we’ll get a satisfying ending instead of the show being abruptly taken off the air without resolution.
