She has long been known for her blonde bombshell looks.
Ali Larter turned heads on the red carpet at Sunday’s 32nd Annual Actor Awards, which were previously called the SAG Awards.
The actress, celebrating her 50th birthday yesterday, looked stunning in a burgundy dress. The dress was off-the-shoulder and featured a low-cut neckline.
She puts a lot of effort into staying in shape, and has previously shared details about her rigorous workout routine and dedication to healthy eating.
In a recent podcast interview, she explained that she prioritizes self-care, which includes regular exercise. Specifically, she mentioned that when she goes to the gym, she focuses on strength training.
‘You know, as you get older as a woman, it’s part of it. You have to do it.’
Ali went on to explain that being there also helped him cope with his fears and work through his anxiety. He described it as a way of facing and overcoming his personal struggles.
Okay, so one of the things I always recommend to my clients is starting the day right, and this actress gets it! She told me she begins with celery juice and a coffee – a great combo for a little energy and hydration – and then immediately heads to the gym. It’s all about prioritizing wellness first thing!
She explained that she wakes up ninety minutes before she needs to leave for work. She simply gets it done by following along with instructors on her Peloton bike.
I exercise whenever I have time. It’s not a huge amount, usually around 20 to 30 minutes when I can manage it.
After exercising and getting sweaty, I feel like I release a lot of my anxiety. I spend time focusing on my breathing, which helps me get more oxygen and ultimately feel better about myself.
I feel like I’ve already had a really successful day. This is a turning point for me, and I’m more focused and disciplined than I’ve ever been before.
Even though Ali puts a lot of effort into her appearance, she still feels insecure sometimes.
She admitted she struggled with the emotional aspect of filming bikini scenes in Landman, finding it hard to move past them.
In an interview with People magazine, Angela Norris described filming scenes in a bikini as ‘surprisingly challenging’.
She said: ‘I don’t think there’s an actress alive that’s like, “Woo! Got a bikini scene!”‘
Ali appeared relaxed and self-assured on the red carpet at the Actor Awards. Her makeup artist, Kelsey Deenihan Fisher, later shared with Daily Mail the skincare routine that gave the 90s star her radiant look.
Kelsey prepped Ali’s skin with the LYMA Laser PRO before any makeup went on.
She explained that the device uses advanced laser technology to boost collagen production, revitalize skin cells, improve skin texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines – all without any recovery time, resulting in firmer, more balanced skin.
When skin is healthy and well-balanced, makeup appears smooth, radiant, and natural – perfect for a red carpet look.
Ali’s red carpet appearance came shortly after she celebrated her 50th birthday.
The mother of two celebrated her birthday with a trip to the Bahamas, enjoying time with friends and family and sharing fun bikini photos.
During a talk at a Canyon Ranch event, the actress revealed that she feels better than ever.
You are most beautiful right now, and it’s important to recognize that and treat yourself with kindness.
It’s incredibly important to address how women are perceived and discussed, both in my field and globally.
We should all be a little more self-compassionate. And personally, I don’t strive to look significantly younger – I’m not aiming for a 10 or 20-year transformation.
‘I want to be the best version of me right now.
I believe it’s important to strive to be your best self and not shy away from hard work. Consistent effort will ultimately make you feel both mentally and physically stronger.
‘When I look around, the sexiest women I know are the women that own it.’
Honestly, it’s exhausting. It’s not just about the scenes themselves, you know? It’s like, I have to battle myself first. All this worry and self-doubt… I have to push through all of that just to feel confident enough to even put on a bikini and step onto set. It’s a constant struggle, fighting my own head to be able to do my job.
