It’s always fun to see celebrities become friends, and we especially love a good bromance. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kevin Hart definitely take the cake when it comes to famous duos. They’ve been working together in movies for almost ten years, and have become known for playfully teasing each other. So, it’s no surprise that when Kevin Hart’s show beat WWE in Netflix ratings, Dwayne Johnson couldn’t resist giving him a good-natured ribbing along with his congratulations.

Wrestling fans are nearing the tail end of the first blockbuster year for WWE’s Raw on streaming (which you can watch with your Netflix subscription), and (for better or worse) Dwayne Johnson has definitely played a part in a lot of what we’ve seen. But, the service’s recent Top 10 TV shows just revealed that Kevin Hart’s 2025 TV schedule entry, the comedy special Acting My Age, came out on top, leaving Raw in the second spot. The Smashing Machine star took to his Instagram Stories to congratulate his friend, but not without getting a dig in:

He sweetly dedicated his congratulations to a friend who always stays young at heart – and honestly, wouldn’t we want it any other way? People love watching Kevin Hart because he’s hilariously silly, and when that leads to successful movies and popular comedy specials, it’s hard to question his approach.

Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart first worked together in the 2016 film Central Intelligence, and have since appeared in two Jumanji movies together. They’re currently filming the fourth Jumanji film with Jack Black and Karen Gillan. Hart even made a special appearance in Hobbs & Shaw to support Johnson, and Johnson famously cut his honeymoon short to fill in for Hart on a talk show. These acts prove they have a genuine and strong friendship.

It’s no surprise that, despite always supporting each other, these two friends also enjoy playfully teasing each other, just like most friends do. Recently, Johnson hilariously trolled Hart with an owl video, and Hart has returned the favor over the years, joking about everything from Johnson’s workouts to his generous gift of a house to his mother.

I seriously love seeing these two together on screen! It’s so fun watching their playful rivalry, and I really hope they stay friends for years to come. We deserve more of their hilarious back-and-forth for our entertainment!
