Alesha Dixon and her partner, Azuka Ononye, got back together again in April as they tried to mend their relationship after a short separation.

In November 2024, it became public knowledge that the television personality and her long-time companion, parents of Azura, 10, and Anaya, 4, decided to go their separate ways.

According to recent reports, it appears that a single, unanswered question may be the root cause of the couple’s turbulent period. Allegedly, Alesha has been hesitant to address this issue.

As a lifestyle expert, I find myself often reflecting on the complexities of relationships, and in this case, it seems that Azuka is grappling with the reality of Alesha’s decision not to marry him. This seemingly persistent issue between them has been a topic of discussion in various circles.

According to a friend, Azuka expressed his desire to marry Alesha and believes that taking this step could be the best course of action for their future together, given the events of the past six months. However, so far, Azuka’s proposal has not been accepted.

It’s a recurring disagreement, and Azuka struggles to let it go. Prideful by nature, he wishes Alesha would become his spouse. Likewise, his family has expressed the same sentiment, believing that marriage is the ideal path for them.

Alesha has previously revealed she has refused Azuka’s proposal on many occasions.

In an interview with The Sun back in 2015, Alesha shared that AZ had proposed numerous times, yet she consistently declined his proposals.

According to those in the know, Azuka has made an official proposal after much deliberation, yet Alesha has been unyielding in her response.

It was reported in April that Alesha had confided to her friends that although they had separated, they were still cohabiting.

It seems living together might have given their relationship a second chance, according to The Sun’s report.

On the “Making A Scene” podcast featuring David Walliams and Matt Lucas, she hinted at a challenging period in her life but also expressed optimism, stating that she will overcome any hardships that may arise.
