Craig Robinson, known for his role in “The Office,” showed off his weight loss at an Emmys pre-party in Los Angeles this weekend.
The 53-year-old actor showed off his physique in a tight black T-shirt paired with ripped skinny jeans. He finished the outfit with stylish black leather shoes and a silver necklace featuring a lion head.
On September 12th, Robinson seemed cheerful while at The Travel Lounge, an event hosted by Peta Phipps, who founded and leads Caribbean Living Magazine. The event was held at the Juniper Lounge and Garden within 1 Hotel West Hollywood.
It’s unclear how much weight he’s lost recently, but he looked noticeably thinner, particularly in his arms and face, compared to when he last shared he’d lost 50 pounds back in 2017.
He shared in an interview with Us Weekly last year that he wants to prioritize a healthy lifestyle.
He emphasized the importance of being consistent with exercise, explaining that he aims to do a little bit each day, even if it’s only for five minutes. He believes that any amount of activity is beneficial.

Robinson enjoys staying active with daily walks and hikes. He also collects walking canes from places he visits – like France, Jamaica, and Africa – and uses them for extra stability on his hikes.
He shared that he enjoys vegan food, though he doesn’t follow a vegan diet himself. A vegan diet excludes all animal products, including meat, fish, eggs, and dairy.
‘I love to order Pizza Hut Melts from Pizza Hut,’ he confessed.
The comedian revealed on Harry Connick Jr.’s talk show, Harry, that he had lost 50 pounds about eight years ago.
He credited his massive weight loss at the time to following a vegan diet and giving up alcohol.
I stopped drinking back in January. I’m currently not consuming any alcohol. I was planning to detox, and I’ve heard – though I’m not sure if it’s accurate – that your liver can actually repair itself within about six months.

He explained that he decided to try going six months without something and ended up sticking with it. He’s also been working out and experimenting with a vegan diet.
I’m really impressed! There’s a huge variety of delicious vegan food available, and it’s surprisingly easy to find. It’s been much simpler than I expected.
Craig Robinson is most famous for playing Darryl Philbin on the TV show *The Office*, where he worked with stars like Steve Carell, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Rainn Wilson, and Kate Flannery from 2005 to 2013.
Following that, he appeared in the movie *This Is the End* alongside James Franco, Jonah Hill, and Seth Rogen. In 2014, he received an MTV Movie Award for ‘Best Musical Moment’ for his work in the comedy.
In addition to his live-action roles in films like Hot Tub Time Machine and the TV show Brooklyn Nine-Nine, he’s also a prolific voice actor, lending his voice to animated series such as American Dad! and The Bad Guys 2.
He also played a leading role in the Peacock original series, Killing It, for two seasons. The show centered on his character’s and his co-star Jillian’s (played by Claudia O’Doherty) attempts to achieve the American Dream.
Besides acting and voiceover work, Craig Robinson tours as a stand-up comedian and plays with his band, Craig Robinson and The Nasty Delicious.

Over the summer, he pranked fans into thinking he was retiring from comedy.
He announced on Instagram that he’s leaving comedy, explaining he has his reasons and wanted his fans to hear it directly from him.
Okay, so this is *really* hard to say, but I’m chasing a dream, something even bigger than what I’m doing now. Honestly, it’s been incredible, and you guys – *you* are the absolute best fans ever. Seriously, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you all so much, and please, please don’t stop following my journey – you won’t want to miss what’s coming!
It turned out his ‘new business’ was actually a fake advertisement for AT&T, titled ‘Wake Up with CrAIg.’ He’d collaborated with his former ‘The Office’ co-stars – Angela Kinsey, Ellie Kemper, Oscar Nuñez, and Creed Bratton – to create the ad’s AI product, CrAIg.
CrAIg wasn’t an actual product for customers; it was simply a tool used in an advertising campaign aimed at small business owners.
