Nike’s All Conditions Gear (ACG) collection is reintroducing several shoe designs from its extensive library, focusing primarily on styles from the ’90s and ’00s such as the ACG Torre Mid and ACG Rufus. This year, the ACG Mountain Fly Low is expected to return with two GORE-TEX-infused iterations, following the unveiling of its successor, the ACG Mountain Fly 2 Low, in a collaboration with COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS last year.
Initially examining the sneaker with black, gray, and blue hues, its durable upper showcases a grid pattern and bears the “ACG” logo on the midfoot. The shoe’s distinctive lacing system stretches across it, while branding elements in shades of teal can be found, such as a small Swoosh at the midfoot, ACG logos on the tongue and heel tab, and a GORE-TEX label on an extra pull tab at the back. The contrasting version of this sneaker, characterized by “Vibrant Red”, is also reinforced with GORE-TEX technology; red and orange colors alternate across the upper.
Currently, Nike has not given a release date for the return of the ACG Mountain Fly Low GORE-TEX shoes. Keep an eye out for their initial appearances in stores towards the end of this year, through both Nike’s official channels and select retailers. The price is set to start at $180 USD, and we’ll be sharing more colorway options as they become available.
