The new Primrose Hill set: From Moss to Law and Richards… the famous names are out to party. But this time it’s the children!
As someone who grew up in the 90s, I can only dream of the glamorous parties and high-profile connections that came with being part of the Primrose Hill set. Now, witnessing the new generation of ‘nepo babies’ living it up at an H&M event for London Fashion Week has left me feeling a mix of envy and amusement.
The original group from Primrose Hill, featuring Kate Moss, Jude Law, and the Gallagher brothers, would have made an ideal cast for any fashion brand’s photo shoot.
Currently, a brand has made an innovative move by recruiting the kids of the well-known ’90s north London party crew as ambassadors for their newest line of products.
The term ‘nepo babies’, which refers to the offspring of well-known individuals, encompasses Lila, the model daughter of Kate Moss; Lennon, son of Liam Gallagher, as well as his cousin Anais Gallagher, daughter of Noel; Rafferty and Iris Law, children of Jude Law; Ella, granddaughter of Keith Richards; and Ava and Stella, daughters of Clash guitarist Mick Jones.
On Thursday night, I found myself right in the thick of it, reveling in the unapologetic chaos and dazzling allure that mirrored their legendary parents, as we danced till dawn in the VIP section of a Charli XCX concert in trendy east London. The show kicked off at 10:30 PM, but the real magic happened after midnight.
The event was organised by retailer H&M for London Fashion Week.
21-year-old Lila Moss was seen striking a pose in a taxi en route to a performance alongside her longtime pals Ava and Stella Jones.
Lila donned a thirty-five-pound gold gown from H&M, whereas Stella, another 21-year-old represented by Kate Moss’s modeling agency, sported a roomy denim shirt.
Following the event, Lila decided not to end the evening there. Instead, she headed to the fashionable Chiltern Firehouse hotel and eatery along with her partner Yoni Helbitz, aged 23, where they joined Nepo Baby Romeo Beckham for a night of partying.
For the first time since it was announced, cousins Anais (age 24) and Lennon (age 25), offspring of the Gallagher clan, ventured out in public together for an appearance.
Amongst the latest social circle of Primrose Hill, Anais stands out for her extensive network of connections. She enjoys a tight bond with Charli XCX and had a privileged front-row perspective, while the rest reveled in an exclusive party zone.
She donned a £370 suede coat that coordinated with a £70 skirt, whereas Lennon opted for a £75 metallic bomber jacket.
Model Iris Law, who hails from the original circle of friends around Primrose Hill (with parents Jude Law and Sadie Frost being key figures), donned a stylish beige bandeau gown priced at £55.
The 24-year-old is newly single after splitting from England footballer Trent Alexander-Arnold.
In a white knit cardigan and grey pants, Rafferty, age 27, bore an uncanny resemblance to his theatrical father, wearing a similar outfit that cost approximately £38.
