The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria Launches for Xbox Series X|S Today
As a seasoned gamer with a heart full of Middle-earth lore, I can hardly contain my excitement for the latest addition to my quest log – The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria! Having journeyed through countless digital realms on my trusty Xbox Series X|S, I’ve come to appreciate the depth and immersion that indie developers like Free Range Games bring to their titles.
As an ardent enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that today, Free Range Games has unveiled the launch of “The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria” on Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC! This exciting announcement comes after its successful debut on PS5 last December.
During the Fourth Era of Middle-earth, “Return to Moria” offers cross-platform play for teams of up to 8 players, an innovative open-ended gameplay mode known as Sandbox, and numerous additional features introduced through the “Golden Update.”
As an ardent enthusiast, here’s my take on the updates: I’ll be getting my hands on fresh weaponry and armor, over a hundred building components and decorations, enhancements to construction mechanics, the much-anticipated single-player pause feature, captivating ambient tunes, challenging new difficulty levels, and a host of bug fixes and additional refinements. Can’t wait!
Out today on Xbox Series X|S and PC, The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, narrated by John Rhys-Davies, is available for $24.99. In this game, you join forces with other dwarves to retrieve treasures once lost in the famed mines.
