- The Legend of Heroes: Gagharv Trilogy is a mobile port of the legendary JRPG series, faithfully reimagining three iconic titles.

FOW Games has announced that they will be ending support for their classic fantasy JRPG, The Legend of Heroes: Gagharv Trilogy, which was set to release on September 25 for Android and iOS in the Global and Asia regions. This renowned series, created by Nihon Falcom, initially debuted on August 28, 2024.
Despite careful decisions and efforts, The Legend of Heroes: Gagharv Trilogy will close after over a year of service
The Gagharv Trilogy compiles three renowned classics – The Legend of Heroes III: Moonlight Witch Prophecy, The Legend of Heroes IV: A Vermillion Tear, and The Legend of Heroes V: Song of the Ocean – carefully adapted for a seamless mobile experience.

In this game, you’ll embark on thrilling journeys with three distinct characters, discover hidden mysteries from various continents, and amass more than a hundred exclusive personalities. Each character boasts unique abilities, enabling you to create formidable teams to conquer boss fights, raids, and missions. You also have the option to team up with friends for collaborative battles.
Regrettably, Director Lee Jong-joo announced on the game’s official website that it would close down on September 25, in both the Global and Asia regions. In a statement, he explained, “Given the sales scale in these regions and the overall efficiency of operations, we have concluded that it is no longer feasible to continue delivering a reliable service.
You can continue playing on Korean servers after EOS
Starting on September 4th, the team is going to halt paid services for the game, however, you can continue playing until the end date. After this point, the only way to access downloads, updates, and support will be through app stores based in South Korea. Moreover, your linked accounts will get duplicated and moved to the Korean region starting from September 4th.
Even after the service ends, you’ll be able to update your game if it was installed prior, as long as you don’t remove it from your device. Additionally, between September 25 and October 31, you can request refunds for any unused Blue Garnet, time-limited premium items, or unclaimed packages.
It’s genuinely disheartening to witness the closure of a game with more than 40 years of history, especially after such a brief run. Initially, I found the gameplay engaging, but sadly, it eventually lost its appeal for me and many others. I even gave it a chance by purchasing monthly packs, hoping to contribute to its success, but in the end, I have to admit that it didn’t meet my expectations.
