The Last of Us season 2: Fans react to surpise Josh Peck cameo
The Last of Us season 2 episode 4 spoilers follow.
Fans of “The Last of Us” series were taken aback by the unexpected guest appearance of actor Josh Peck, who is known for his role in “Drake & Josh,” in the fourth episode of the second season.
In the opening of the episode, ‘Day One’, there’s a flashback sequence showing Peck transform into a FEDRA soldier called Janowicz. From the bed of a truck, he shares a crude and inappropriate tale to his fellow soldiers.

In an account peppered with strong language, Janowicz shares with his comrades the incident involving three individuals he prevented from disseminating leaflets. He describes the series of events that unfolded when he requested reinforcements, and the arrival of a man called Greenberg.

On Instagram, Peck posted a collection of pictures taken during filming, accompanied by the following caption: “Wow, maintaining this secret was no easy task! I felt incredibly privileged to contribute a minor role to one of my all-time favorite TV shows, working alongside one of my most admired actors.
One viewer expressed their emotions as “loud sobbing, vomiting,” while another wrote: “I had planned to wait until just before the penultimate episode to watch the series, but this sudden reveal has heightened my anticipation!
One fan of Peck’s explained their response upon seeing him as, “I didn’t react in a way that you comprehended.” (or “My reaction wasn’t something you could understand”)
