The hidden message Oasis shared with fans REVEALED as band include deeply personal tribute during reunion tour

As a devoted fan, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of the exhilarating 80,000-strong audience who witnessed Oasis’s electrifying performance right in their beloved hometown of Manchester for the first night of their five sold-out shows at Heaton Park on a Friday evening.

Yet, amidst the apparent collection, a heartfelt secret message might have been overlooked by not every spectator.

As a heart-struck admirer, I couldn’t help but be moved during the performance when my beloved pooch, Buttons, made an appearance through the dazzling light show! Liam, in his incredible talent, took a moment to honor our furry friend, and it was nothing short of magical.

In 2023, Liam saved a dog from the Thai charity known as “Happy Doggo.” Recently, Thailand-based dog rescuer Niall Harbison has shared all the details about this heartwarming adoption event.

After performing in Manchester, he tweeted: ‘Many likely focused on Liam Gallagher and Oasis’ performance last night. If you look more closely, you might notice a dog named Buttons was there too.’

As he recounted Buttons’ tale, he said, “Buttons was a tiny stray pup that stumbled upon our animal sanctuary in the heart of Thailand’s jungle, right when construction was underway. She’d been left behind. Each day, she would return for food and seek companionship.

‘Day after day Buttons came back. I eventually took her in and put her up for adoption.

It turned out that Liam and his companion, Debbie, had been observing from afar. After a series of steps, they became the parents of Button through adoption in the United Kingdom. Over time, Button has become a cherished part of their family.

Without my realizing it, Liam and Debbie were keeping tabs on the situation. Eventually, they adopted Button in the UK following a set procedure. Now, Button is an integral member of their family and holds a special place in their hearts.

Showcasing Liam’s charitable endeavors, it was mentioned that ‘Liam has been a significant contributor to @wearehappydoggo and contributed his globe from the last tour to gather funds. It seems little Button might not be aware of her father being a rock star. She simply adores humans.’

Two years back, this dog, later named Buttons, was left behind in Thailand as a stray pup. Eager for a better future, she covertly found her way into our sanctuary. Without a doubt, she managed to improve her life significantly!

If you’re curious about the dog appearing on the @oasis screens, You could argue that you’ve truly arrived when your father displays you on the large screen.

On another occasion, Niall has discussed Liam Gallagher’s pet dog adoption story following his earlier response to a fan’s inquiry about the process behind one of their rescued dogs being adopted by Liam.

He wrote: “Just like everyone else, he submitted an application. Then we discovered it was none other than Liam Gallagher?!?

In the previous year, Liam, along with his family, took a private plane ride (or privately chartered flight), which allowed him to travel with them and spend his summer vacation in France with the Gallaghers.

According to the source, they shared with The Sun that he had taken his family to France, but Button, who was dearly missed, wasn’t there. So, in order to bring her along, he chartered a private plane.

‘Buttons, their beloved dog, enjoys a life of pampering, yet Liam and his partner Debbie wouldn’t change a thing about it. Off-stage, the trio seldom part ways.’

On Friday, Liam and Noel made a joint appearance, linking arms, for the commencement of their five-night run at Heaton Park.

At Heaton Park, which spans over 600 acres in Bury and Manchester, you’ll find concerts that are unique because they are the sole UK shows happening outside of a stadium. Other such events typically take place at venues like the Principality Stadium, Wembley, or Murrayfield.

To kick off their performance, Oasis began with “Hello” from their 1995 second album, “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory”. Following this, they played “Acquiesce.

In the performance, audiences enjoyed a series of songs including Morning Glory, Some Might Say, Cigarettes and Alcohol, and Supersonic prior to Noel’s acoustic act.

After giving his brother a warm embrace, Liam departed, allowing Noel to continue playing “Half The World Away” and “Little By Little”.

Additionally, tunes like “D’You Know What I Mean,” “Cast No Shadow,” “Stand By Me,” “Whatever,” and “Rock ‘n’ Roll Star” were part of the playlist.

Following Rock N Roll Star, Liam expressed gratitude and said: “Thank you for standing by us. I understand we can be challenging, but wouldn’t you like to join our band?” as they departed the stage.

With shouts for “one more tune!” reverberating among the audience, they returned to the stage to perform beloved hits such as “Don’t Look Back In Anger” and “Wonderwall.

Oasis ended the night on Champagne Supernova with fireworks being set off from the stage.
