He said he was ‘terrified’ after being ambushed as he drove on a quiet street in London on Saturday night.
On Instagram, the artist shared a vivid account of a distressing and bizarre incident that unfolded merely a few minutes from his residence.
He explained: ‘I was driving down a dual carriage way (it was completely empty) I was the only car and all of a sudden two big Harley Davidson motorbikes came behind me.
In that situation, someone suddenly entered my lane on a motorcycle and intentionally faced it sideways against me. To avoid a collision, I was forced to perform an immediate stop.
As another bicycle approached from behind and halted directly behind my vehicle, my parking sensors became overly sensitive, preventing me from shifting the car even an inch. I found myself trapped in place.
In a subsequent turn of events, two individuals dismounted from their motorcycles. One approached my driver’s side window, while another went to the front passenger window. They repeatedly demanded, using harsh language, for us to exit the vehicle, saying “Leave the car, get out now” repeatedly.
Next, I retorted by stating I wouldn’t be exiting the vehicle. This only fueled their anger further, and the man beside me began repeatedly pounding on the window of my car multiple times (amazingly, the glass didn’t shatter).
As I stood there, my heart pounding, I could only catch glimpses of the enigmatic figures ahead – they were clad in complete biking attire, helmets with visors obscuring their faces, padded knuckle gloves and all. The mystery, coupled with the ominous atmosphere, made them appear even more intimidating to me, an ardent fan, as they moved closer.
Outside the car, a fellow was repeatedly ramming his head against the windowpane in an attempt to shatter it, yet failed. One individual threatened that if I didn’t exit the vehicle, they would endanger my life (quite amusing).
In an utterly petrifying situation, I found myself pinned down without any means of escape, immobilized. My desperate attempts to locate my phone and call for help were futile as the sudden emergency break had sent all my belongings scattering, leaving me disoriented amidst the chaos at the onset of the attack.
Fortunately, another set of vehicles appeared approximately a minute afterwards. They promptly hopped back onto their bicycles and departed. As they were exiting, they broke my side-view mirror out of frustration.
In the year 2015, Josh sustained injuries following a car crash involving his Mercedes, an incident that occurred during a drive he was taking with his wife, Chloe Lloyd, in London.
According to TMZ, the singer failed to brake on time and collided with another car, resulting in significant damage to his Mercedes.
The young couple reportedly escaped with a few bruises and soft tissue injuries to their necks.
