The Four Pillars of The Future for WWE's Women's Division

As a seasoned gamer who has lived through the evolution of wrestling, I can confidently say that the future of WWE’s Women’s Division is brighter than ever before! The emergence of Jaida Parker, Roxanne Perez, Tiffany Stratton, and Kelani Jordan has given us a fresh crop of stars to root for.

As a passionate fan, I can’t help but notice how adaptable the world of wrestling is when it comes to change. Deals, contracts, and releases are part of the game, and our beloved shows or stars might suddenly take a new turn. However, women’s wrestling in WWE seemed to be waiting for that knock on its door, a significant shift.

Initially, it didn’t make much impact, but once it did, it paved the way for an abundance of female wrestlers ready to reach greater heights. Figures like Trish Stratus, Lita, Jazz, Melina, Mickie James, and the Four Horsewomen were instrumental in this evolution. Although the path was challenging, these female athletes eventually shared the spotlight with their male counterparts. As WWE continues its renaissance, numerous women wrestlers are climbing up the ranks to secure their positions. Some may question whether the women’s roster can sustain without its leaders, but WWE is investing time in nurturing the stars of tomorrow. Let’s explore four women who currently embody the future of WWE’s Women’s Division.

Jaida Parker

When Miss Parker walks into the room, it’s important to recognize that this is her moment and avoid any playful banter. Since she made her debut during the 2023 NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament, Jaida has captivated the WWE audience with her unyielding self-assurance, resilience, and charm. Her talent, honed from her time in collegiate soccer, is truly boundless. Often, her adversaries have underestimated her due to her fledgling career, but Parker has consistently shown she can hold her own against the most skilled competitors. A simple glance at her intense rivalry with Michin (Mia Yim) underscores this point, as their Street Fight was nothing short of spectacular. Michin is renowned for excelling in extreme matches, but Parker demonstrated her mettle by channeling her aggression to secure victory.

After maturing and joining the main cast, Jaida could introduce a new dimension of spirit and zest to any program she’s part of. It’s intriguing to envision her boldness against Liv Morgan or Zelina Vega. She exudes self-confidence with a significant style, which will consistently captivate audiences.

Roxanne Perez

The Four Pillars of The Future for WWE's Women's Division

Roxanne Perez, often referred to as ‘The Prodigy’, has been hailed as the rising star in women’s wrestling even before her time at NXT. At just 13 years old, she recognized her potential to reach great heights and dedicated herself with unwavering passion, resilience, and determination. Despite her youth, she boasts a wealth of experience, having squared off against some of the most formidable women’s wrestling legends such as Meiko Satomura and Deonna Purrazzo.

After reaching the multicolored sports entertainment brand, she subsequently emerged victorious in the 2022 Women’s Breakout Tournament. She also became the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Cora Jade and was the first Iron Survivor at NXT Deadline. Moreover, she held the NXT Women’s Championship title twice. As her character evolved to display a darker side, there were doubts about her ability to convincingly portray a determined antagonist with a grudge. However, Perez demonstrated that these doubts were misplaced as she overpowered Lyra Valkyria to regain her title during Wrestlemania weekend. Her unwavering determination and versatility in facing various opponents have been instrumental in maintaining her longevity within sports entertainment.

Despite primarily being associated with NXT, Perez has demonstrated her value through brief stints on the main roster and as a two-time participant in the Royal Rumble. Her extensive experience within and beyond WWE brings a unique innovation similar to Bayley and Mercedes Moné. With such creative prowess, Roxanne is poised to establish a legacy marked by exceptional matches that will elevate the standard of wrestling in WWE.

Tiffany Stratton

Who would have imagined that Sharpey Evans’ return would be in the world of wrestling? Given her glamorous appearance and high-society demeanor, it might have been simple to overlook her. However, Stratton has ignited a spark within the wrestling sphere with her rapid rise through the ranks.

Ever since joining NXT 2.0, Tiffany Stratton, affectionately known as Buff Barbie, has seamlessly adapted to sports entertainment, much like a duck gliding on water. Her ability to blend her acrobatic gymnastics with wrestling moves is truly captivating to watch. After an impressive run in NXT as a former champion and teaming up with Four Horsewoman Becky Lynch, Stratton quickly rose to the main roster, leaving a lasting impression during this year’s Elimination Chamber match. Following her alliance with Women’s Champion Nia Jax, Stratton etched her name in history by winning the 2024 Money in the Bank event. Now, she has the audience hooked, waiting for her to cash in on her own terms. With her awe-inspiring stunts and charismatic presence, Stratton possesses the potential to reach even greater heights and claim a championship title in what we call Tiffy Time.

Kelani Jordan

In life, it’s a joy to root for someone who rises above the challenges to reach great heights, and that’s exactly what Kelani Jordan has done. Much like Tiffany Stratton, Jordan hails from the field of gymnastics. As she battled it out on lesser-known NXT live events, Kelani’s grace and agility in the ring didn’t go unnoticed by social media enthusiasts.

Following her impressive run to the Women’s Breakout Tournament finals and her qualification for the Iron Survivor match last year, Jordan narrowly missed achieving glory. Known as The Standout, she bore a sense of determination, yet carried it with poise as she ascended to become the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion. Despite her skills significantly improving, what truly stands out is her ability to provide rationality amidst a chaotic locker room. Although other key figures have exhibited or succumbed to darker traits, Kelani continues to embody a valiant heroine who remains confident in her virtue.

Jordan possesses the capability to claim the NXT Women’s Championship title, however, upon her move to the main roster, she is equipped with all the necessary skills to match up with peers such as Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, and Naomi. Provided Kelani keeps striving for more, she will always be a lively element in WWE’s future.
