By the time she learns her husband isn’t who he seemed, she begins to tap into her own inner strength.

‘I thought, “That’s very human and inspiring as a woman.”

Born in Barcelona, she lives in Argentina with her Argentinian actor boyfriend Chino Darin.

“I confessed that I had deceived them. I arranged the setting in detail and sent the tape over. Afterwards, they informed me that the director and lead actor wanted to meet with me. On my way to that meeting, I was so anxious and felt like a dishonest person, that I even threw up.

But her rebellious attitude has, it seems, more than paid off.

‘If you want me to play a rebel character, then you have to deal with a rebel actress,’ she says.
