The crumbling of Judgment Day will lead to interesting stories
As a long-time fan who has witnessed the rise and fall of numerous WWE factions over the years, I must say that Judgment Day stands out as one of the most captivating groups in recent memory. When they first formed under Vince McMahon’s watch, I was skeptical, but their journey since then has been nothing short of extraordinary.
When did the Judgement Day begin? It was Adam Copeland who formed this group back in February 2022, only for them to betray him shortly after. Under Vince McMahon’s leadership, the group struggled and seemed doomed. Despite being a well-known superstar, even Copeland couldn’t keep them afloat. Yet, two years later, this same group has risen to become the most significant on WWE Raw, reflecting some positive shifts in WWE’s creative approach. Their upcoming separation promises to be an engaging story from its beginning to end.
As a dedicated gamer following the WWE storyline, I can’t help but feel the excitement in the air. The days of Judgment Day are numbered, and it feels right. Our group’s narrative has reached its climax. Members have taken turns holding titles, with Damian Priest proudly claiming the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. He’s made it clear that he no longer needs us, subtly distancing himself from the faction. But there’s more to this story than just a falling apart group. The foundation of Judgment Day is crumbling, and new tales are about to unfold.
First, there’s Finn Balor. The speculation is that Balor will eventually side with Liv Morgan as the true benefactors of the group’s crumble. But Priest versus Balor has the makings for a big feud. It will be interesting to see what direction it takes them, as it is time for Balor to get a push toward a main event run of his own. Imagine he and GUNTHER finally getting that storyline that the COVID-19 pandemic robbed them of when Balor was making his run in NXT and NXT UK.
1. It’s expected that JD McDonagh will align with Balor, forming a lasting tag team partnership. In this scenario, they might find themselves in an awkward position as the “third wheel” in the storyline featuring The Priest and Balor.
1. Let’s discuss the storyline involving Rhea Ripley, Dominick Mysterio, and Liv Morgan. It seems clear that Mysterio will betray Ripley and align with Morgan. However, this decision will eventually lead to him being isolated when Morgan turns against him. In the end, Mysterio might only have Carlito as an ally, making him the odd one out in the group.
1. The concept of Judgment Day is disintegrating, as the team is being torn apart by various conflicting agendas. This fragmentation may lead to the dissolution of the faction, with each member pursuing separate paths that often lead to confrontations among them. However, it’s worth noting that this faction has been a standout aspect of WWE content in recent years, and their collaborative efforts deserve recognition.
