As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for open-world racing games, I must say, Ubisoft’s announcement of The Crew Motorfest Year 2 Season 5 has me revving my virtual engines! The prospect of exploring the lush landscapes of Maui without any loading times is a dream come true. Plus, who can resist the allure of a new Chase Squad mode and the Made in Japan Volume 2 playlist?
Ubisoft has unveiled that The Crew Motorfest Season 5 for Year 2 will commence today. This update includes a free addition of Maui island, as well as the Made in Japan Volume 2 music selection and the Chase Squad mode, which can be accessed with the purchase of the game’s Year 2 Pass.
Maui offers nine distinct ecosystems and sites to discover spanning over 470 kilometers of road, all conveniently accessible from O’ahu in the main game without any interruptions due to loading times.
The Chase Squad playlist can be accessed through The Crew Motorfest’s Year 2 Pass, priced at $29.99 or £24.99. This pass comes with an extra 20 vehicles (consisting of 7 exclusive to Chase Squad and 13 obtained through monthly updates). Other enhancements arrive with Season 5, such as rearview mirrors for the latest console version, a new ‘Prestige Tickets’ currency for acquiring rewards missed from Summit Contests, and various modifiers.
In the upcoming release of The Crew Motorfest Season 5, Version 2, players will find an Online Issue Tracker feature, empowering them to identify and report any in-game problems they may encounter. The new season is scheduled to go live today across various platforms: Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
