A past competitor anticipates that Adrian Portelli will significantly increase the asking price and buy Courtney and Grant’s house for approximately $3.7 million, creating a surprising turn of events.
‘Could it be that the low prices on these guides are strategic? Perhaps they’re trying to attract more typical buyers or maybe Adrian Portelli can afford to buy the entire resort for $15 million with them, which seems plausible.’
2021 saw a Blockhead advocate for a “satisfying conclusion” to the series, as the competitors had been challenged intensely throughout the “tough” 20th season.
