The Bachelorette’s Sasha Mielczarek finally sells his lavish Bowral home after failing to get an offer at auction and slashing the price by $300,000

After not receiving any acceptable bids during the auction for his expensive property in Bowral, Sasha Mielczarek ultimately managed to find a buyer by reducing the price.
In January, the victor of The Bachelorette listed their four-bedroom house for sale at a price of $3.2 million. However, during the auction the very next month, no potential buyers placed bids on it.
The price of Sasha’s property in Bowral was decreased by $300,000 to $2.9 million in April. It is located 116 km south of Sydney in the Southern Highlands.)
After being listed for sale seven months ago, Sasha successfully found a buyer for their property, called Chester, which is reportedly selling for approximately $2.7 million based on The Daily Telegraph’s information, without specifying the exact price.

The three-bathroom house now offers a charming blend of classic Old World features and contemporary sophistication, complete with an independent studio apartment all to itself.
The house boasts a beautifully maintained Victorian exterior, complete with intricate details. Inside, you’ll find original timber flooring, impressive ceiling heights, and an expansive open layout in the primary living spaces.
The master bedroom, boasting sleek white decor, features a spacious walk-in closet and an attached bathroom for your convenience.
As an obsessed fan, I can’t help but be in awe of this property’s stunning features. Not only does it boast an impressive entertainment deck where I can imagine hosting grand gatherings, but it also boasts a beautiful ‘period’ style porch that transports me back in time. And let’s not forget the large backyard, perfect for my green thumb to grow a garden or simply enjoy some peaceful solitude.
The studio apartment functions independently with a bedroom and a kitchenette for self-catering, ideal for two residents living together.
I took my followers along on my renovation adventure on Instagram back in 2022. Before the transformation was complete, I shared images of the house in its run-down state. But once I brought it back to its beautiful original form, I proudly posted the after shots for all to see.
After a long delay, but definitely worth it! I’m excited to present “Chester,” which is situated in Bowral, part of the Southern Highlands in New South Wales.
My mother and I acquired the old house, which was constructed around the end of the 1800s, with the intention of refurbishing it back to its beautiful state when we bought it at the onset of the pandemic.
After two years of refining the design through numerous revisions, we are thrilled to unveil the final product.
Following the completion of the renovation, Sasha listed the property for rent at $1800 per week. Later, the weekly rental rate was adjusted downwards to $1650.
Based on information from Realestate.com.au, the property had been previously sold for $840,000 in July 2010, which was then purchased by Sasha ten years later.
Sasha has a second property in the region that he’s now moved into, having finished refurbishing a NSW house he bought four years prior.
In June 2016, the ex-reality TV personality purchased a piece of land in Bowral for approximately $420,000, intending to construct his ideal residence on it.
In 2015, he intended to reside with his girlfriend Sam Frost, whom he met on The Bachelorette, but they parted ways in December 2016.
After that, Sasha began dating Carly Cottam, and they recently had a baby girl named Stevie Marie in August of the previous year.
In December 2020, Sasha made their relationship with Carly public for the first time. Later, they got engaged while on a romantic trip in Queensland.
In the beautiful Italian countryside in July 2022, Sasha and their partner held a heartfelt wedding ceremony. They shared their vows in an intimate setting, with their cherished family members and friends present to witness the special moment.
