The Bachelor couple Sam and Snezana Wood relist their jaw-dropping Elsternwick home for $6.6 million as they eye up an upgrade to a $14 million sprawling Brighton pad

The luxurious Elsternwick residence once owned by Sam and Snezana Wood has been re-listed for sale, carrying an impressive estimated value of around $6.6 million.

In the realm of television fame, I was part of a pair who crossed paths on Season Three of The Bachelor back in 2015. Last November, we decided to list our abode for sale, yet after some contemplation, we chose to take it off the market once more.

This grand, five-bedroom, five-bathroom estate offers numerous high-end facilities, such as a 15-meter pool bordered by Ironbark timber decking, along with a well-lit gym and sauna that provides breathtaking views of the property’s lush greenery.

In 2018, Sam and Snezana first purchased a Victorian-style home for approximately $3.31 million. They then transformed it into a contemporary retreat, mirroring their shared enthusiasm for wellness.

In the year 2000, a home that had stood the test of time, captivated me completely! This marvelous dwelling, lovingly restored by the enchanting reality TV couple, left me spellbound from the moment I set foot inside. The grand arched hallway, soaring 3.7-meter high ceilings, and interiors reminiscent of an exquisite art magazine, were nothing short of breathtaking! It’s no wonder it leaves visitors in awe from the get-go.

The house, with its outdoor spaces seamlessly connected to the living areas facing north, is ideal for social gatherings and hosting events.

Equipped with a lavish fireplace perfect for staying warm during chilly winter seasons and an outdoor shower ideal for rinsing off after a sunny beach day, this house is ready to cater to your needs regardless of whether it’s raining or shining.

In our abode, I proudly claim that the kitchen stands as the heart, boasting Carrara marble work surfaces, top-notch appliances, and a spacious pantry that even allows for some playful cartwheels.

Ascending to the upper level, you’ll find a tranquil master suite boasting panoramic park vistas from your bed. The suite includes a luxurious marble bathroom, as well as a generously sized walk-in wardrobe.

Since Sam and Snezana have four children – Evie (age 20), Willow (7 years old), Charlie (5), and Harper (2) – it’s only natural that their home, a modern and luxurious one, would be filled with plenty for the kids to enjoy.

As a lifestyle expert, I would say: In my opinion, the kid’s wing of this home offers a dedicated space for children to call their own, complete with custom-made furniture and pocket doors that make it easy for them to move around. Moreover, there’s a luxurious guest suite with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring visitors have their own private retreat during their stay, offering both privacy and high-end amenities.

Taylor Dow, the managing director at DOW Real Estate, characterized the house as one that leaves a striking impression on all who visit it.

Stepping inside, you’re greeted by a succession of astonishing sights – the size, the quality of the materials, the serene atmosphere – as he put it.

‘There’s a soul to it that’s rare.’

Sam and Snezana, who have maintained their relationship for nine years following their encounter and blossoming romance on The Bachelor, are rumored to be considering a stunning residence in one of Melbourne’s highly desired zip codes.

Real estate experts confirm that the well-known reality TV personality, along with his spouse, has reportedly invested around $14 million on a spacious property.

Nestled by the seashore in the charming city of Brighton, approximately 8 miles away from the central business district, lies a stunning, vintage, multiple-story property. This spacious abode features six bedrooms, an inviting swimming pool, and lush, sprawling gardens for your enjoyment.

Nevertheless, according to The Herald Sun, the genetically-advantaged couple haven’t finalized their purchase for the prized property just yet.
