The Apprentice’s Jessica Cunningham reveals she is pregnant with her SIXTH baby and jokes ‘2026 just got interesting’

The Apprentice’s Jessica Cunningham has revealed that she is pregnant with her sixth baby.

The 39-year-old TV personality and career advisor playfully announced the news to her fans, writing ‘2026 just got interesting’ in her post.

Jess, who became known on Lord Alan Sugar’s show in 2016, already has two children, Digby and Dudley, with her partner, Alex Daw.

She also has three older children – Poppy, Olive and Hattie – with her late ex Alistair Eccles.

Jessica announced on Instagram this week that she’s expecting a baby in 2026. She joked that while she had big plans for world domination last year, the universe had other ideas!

As the old saying goes, consistency is key. Here’s to a home filled with love, laughter, and a little bit of delightful chaos…

It’s the year of the Fire Horse, and becoming a mom again – for the sixth time! – has reignited my energy and passion.

Okay, seriously, I’ve just completely let go of worrying what anyone thinks! It’s amazing! Suddenly, building the life I want feels… possible, and SO much more fun. I’m actually planning things now, taking the time to really use all the incredible advice and wisdom I’ve gotten from the amazing coaches I’ve worked with. It’s like they gave me the tools, and now I finally have the headspace to use them. It’s honestly a game changer!

A positive shift for the world is coming soon, and I’m excited to share it with those I care about. Here’s hoping for the best!

She also shared that she was visibly pregnant at her recent advanced belief coding training, noting that some people noticed and others didn’t.

‘This summer, five will become six. Feeling totally blessed, excited and ready.’

She recently discussed her fifth birth experience, recalling that her first delivery with Poppy was very difficult and painful. However, she found her subsequent births with Olive and Hattie much more positive, thanks to the support of her sister, who served as her birthing partner and kept things lighthearted.

She kept me laughing and even gave me a little massage. With each birth, we refine things and try to improve the experience.

I began exploring spirituality with Digby, learning about energy and how the body functions. Then, I suddenly felt a strong urge to dance in a way that felt primal and connected to tribal movement.

I began to move and embrace the discomfort, imagining a wave carrying the baby out. Remembering this, I used dancing and focused on welcoming the pain and contractions to help with delivery.

The TV star shared that she prefers giving birth in water, and this time chose to do so at home. She explained that because the baby is already surrounded by fluid, moving from the birthing pool to another water-filled environment felt like a smoother transition.

It feels like gravity doesn’t weigh you down as much, making your body feel lighter. I was positioned in a squat, almost like being in a reverse cowgirl position, with my arms back behind me.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2017 contestant has previously discussed the challenges of balancing her career with raising five children, describing it as both wonderful and incredibly stressful.

It’s actually quite funny. I was taking my baby to school, and Olive, my middle daughter, had a friend point out, “Wow, you have a lot of kids!”

I was surprised to be having this conversation with someone who hadn’t been a parent before. Alex and I started dating, and he eventually asked if I wanted to have more children – he’s just that kind of charming guy.

Raising five children is incredibly rewarding, but also very challenging. While I love my kids, I often feel guilty that I can’t spend individual, quality time with each of them as much as I’d like.

I’m feeling really torn because each of my children has such different needs and they all rely on me. My youngest, Digby, who’s almost three, is very demanding right now, while my older daughters need different kinds of support as they get older.

As a mom myself, I was so touched to hear about Jessica’s arrival of her fourth child, a sweet little boy named Digby, back in July 2018! He’s her first with her partner, Alex, and she lovingly referred to him as her ‘beautiful little rainbow baby’ when she shared the news on social media – such a heartwarming way to describe a little one who brings joy after a storm.

In November 2017, the couple sadly lost their first child due to a miscarriage.

She received the devastating news shortly after finding out she was expecting a baby, and only two months after her former partner, Alistair, tragically took his own life.

I still can’t believe it. Alistair, just 35, was this amazing guy, but he battled with so much hidden anxiety and depression. It breaks my heart to know he took his own life, especially on the very day he was supposed to see his three daughters. It’s just… devastating. I followed his story for a while, and it’s so unfair that someone who seemed so full of life ended up like this. He was at a friend’s place when it happened, but it feels like no one truly knew how much he was hurting.

The couple previously owned a fashion business called Famous Frocks, but their relationship and the business were impacted when he was convicted of money laundering in 2014. He received a 15-month suspended sentence, meaning he wasn’t immediately sent to prison.
