This month, Jordan Brand reintroduced the Air Jordan 9 in its “Cool Grey” hue from 2002. Despite the model having a steady place in their lifestyle collection, sneaker experts zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files hint that another colorway from 2002 is set to release soon.

I’ve heard some exciting news as a gamer – it seems the Air Jordan 9 “Flint Grey” might make a comeback next year! This classic design hasn’t been re-released before, but based on its legendary status, I anticipate that its 2026 iteration will keep all of its original details. Expect a sleek white leather upper with a striking “Flint Grey” mudguard, accented by pops of “French Blue” at the tongue, Jumpman branding, heel branding, and lace loops. Can’t wait to see it!
