This month, Pedro Pascal was seen taking a simpler approach to transportation as he rode a Lime bicycle through London’s Soho district.

As an over-the-moon admirer, I can’t help but share my latest sighting! This wealthily talented actor, rumored to have a fortune of approximately £10 million, cruised effortlessly through the bustling city streets on a bike. Dressed down in cool black jeans and a crisp white top, he embodied casual elegance at its finest.

Instead, he’s choosing to be part of an increasing group of high-profile individuals switching from lavish cars to greener transportation options, such as electric bikes, where day passes can cost as low as £2.99 for a half-hour ride.

Timothée Chalamet

In June, Timothée Chalamet created a buzz by showing up at the premiere of the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown in London on an electric Lime bicycle.

However, the fame brought by his Academy Award nomination, due to his unique two-wheeled red carpet transport (which became a hit on social media), ultimately resulted in a cost for him.

On the French talk show Quotidien, I shared my recent experience – having been fined £65 ($79) for an error in parking my e-bike at BFI Southbank only a few days prior.

In my own words as a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d say, “Instead of opting for a chauffeured car due to a potential traffic jam, I decided to go green and pedal my eco-friendly bike to the premiere in French.

Unbeknownst to the actor, he parked the e-bike in an area where he wasn’t allowed to park.

Timothée shared that he received a fine amounting to sixty-five pounds, which turned out to be quite unpleasant as it essentially served as an advertisement for them, according to his conversation with Yann Romain Barthès.

Timothee glided along the red carpet on a green bicycle, concluding his journey by using Lime’s smartphone application. However, he found out later that he had been issued a parking citation.

The star was stylishly dressed in a sleek black suit – complete with coordinating pants – and wore a striking blue patterned satin shirt beneath. He struck poses for photographs before the movie premiere.

Olivia Rodrigo 

Olivia Rodrigo shocked fans when she posted a TikTok video of herself on a Lime bike back in April.

In this video, you can see the 22-year-old American pop sensation riding a bike around town while wearing a white dress adorned with polka dots.

Pulling a cheeky face to the camera, she played Lily Allen’s 2006 hit song LDN over the top.

Curiously enough, I found myself in this city, leading to speculation among fans. However, the truth unraveled itself when I disclosed that I was here to visit my beau, Louis Partridge.

The couple hard-launched their relationship on Instagram after Glastonbury last month.

Harry Styles and James Corden 

Harry Styles is no stranger to a Lime Bike as he’s been spotted on them many times.

Previously, the former One Direction member, aged 31, gave off a relaxed vibe while he and friend James Corden took a leisurely bike trip around London’s Primrose Hill on a rented electric bicycle last year.

On their eco-friendly bikes, the closest companions could be spotted navigating city traffic effortlessly. Since moving to the UK with his family, James has preferred this method of transportation.

While navigating the green streets of London on his bicycle, Harry confidently indicated his knowledge of the cycling test routes by signaling to approaching motorists whenever he intended to take a turn.

Trailing not far behind, James, who stood out distinctively with his vibrant Gucci sweater, mirrored the actions of the previous One Direction member on their identical e-bikes.

However, it seemed they had some confusion with the Highway Code rules, as they rode their bicycles through a red traffic light while surrounding vehicles patiently queued up.

Recently, it was disclosed that Harry earned an impressive £67 million following his successful worldwide tour. Not long afterward, one might see him taking a leisurely bike ride.

In 2023, Harry was titled as the UK’s wealthiest young celebrity below the age of 30 for the second consecutive year, boasting a net worth of approximately £175 million.

In 2023, he surpassed £150 million for the first time in earnings. This significant achievement came following two years of touring worldwide with his Love On Tour, a roadshow that amassed an incredible total of £508 million.

Minnie Driver

Previously, Minnie Driver took a spin on an electric bike that operates by payment per use in Notting Hill, carrying items she purchased from Wrap London apparel store in its basket.

Instead of foregoing safety like other Lime bike enthusiasts while cycling near Primrose Hill in London, Minnie made sure to wear a black helmet during her ride.

Despite taking it seriously on the safety front, this short hop would have been easy for Minnie.

In the year 2023, she teamed up with her close friend, the Countess Bathurst, for a segment of her 1,000-mile charitable bicycle journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats.

Though this time it was low-key jeans and a white gilet rather than head-to-toe lycra. 

Joe Alwyn 

In December the previous year, Joe Alwyn appeared somewhat downhearted as he was observed pedaling a Lime bicycle on Boxing Day.

The 34-year-old actor was seen cycling around London, appearing somewhat melancholic following Christmas.

He’s bundled up in a black jacket and pale blue jeans as his hair flapped around in the wind.  

It seems undetermined whether Joe appeared sad on his recent journey or simply wasn’t in high spirits, but the past few years have been challenging for the actor following his breakup with Taylor Swift.

It’s said that Taylor and Joe initially encountered each other at the 2016 Met Gala event. Their first public appearance together was captured in Nashville, Tennessee, in the year 2017.

They were an item, keeping their relationship under tight wraps, until April 2023.

After their separation, Taylor entered a relationship with Travis Kelce, a prominent player for the Kansas City Chiefs, around the same summer. To this day, they continue to be together.
