Rodger “Riot Prism” Caudill shared the patch notes for version 14.15. This update includes the Magic n’ Mayhem Chapter 1 Pass and Pass+ rewards, a new ranked season, an overhaul of Charms, magical traits, leveling XP updates, PvE adjustments, Augment modifications, numerous item enhancements, and more.

  • Charms
    • These are single-use effects that you can buy from the shop
    • You can buy one Charm per round
    • After buying a Charm, you won’t see another one of it in that round
    • Charms don’t appear during PVE rounds
    • Charms appear on Round 2-1 and forward and they appear in every 2 Shops
    • Charms appear in every 3 Shops on Round 5-1 and forward
    • Charm power scales with the Stage they become available and their price
    • Some Charms require specific traits to become an option for purchase
    • Charms that affect player combat must be bought before that combat
    • Otherwise, they will carry to the next player combat
  • New ranked season
    • Start anywhere from Iron II to Silver IV depending on your previous rank
    • Get 5 provisional matches after the reset
    • Hyper rating is reset to 500
  • Leveling
    • XP needed per level 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10: 2/2/6/10/20/36/48/80/80 ⇒ 2/2/6/10/20/36/48/76/76
  • Bag sizes
    • 1 and 2-costs are now bit easier to hit
    •  Fully starred-up power nerfed
    • One more copy of each 3-cost in the pool added
    • Added one more 1-cost champion to the set 
      • 1-costs: 22 ⇒ 30
      • 2-costs: 20 ⇒ 25
      • 3-costs: 17 ⇒ 18
      • 4-costs: 10
      • 5-costs: 9
  • Rotating shop in patch 14.15
  • User interface and experience improvements
    • Champion Augments gets quality-of-life update
    • Ability tooltip icons for a unit now shows the Champion Augment icon
    • TFT Champion visual quality is now adjustable

    • Mogul’s Mail: After reaching max stacks, continue gaining 1 gold every 6 seconds

    • Mogul’s Mail: Health Per Stack: 6 ⇒ 7
    • Mogul’s Mail: Gold on Max Stacks: 2 ⇒ 1
  • Support items
    • Needlessly Big Gem Health: 300 ⇒ 250
    • Needlessly Big Gem: Your team deals 10% bonus damage and each second the holder is alive, your team deals an additional 1% bonus damage, up to a total of 25%
    • Spite: Combat start: The holder and all adjacent allies gain 20% Attack Damage and 20 Ability Power, and when this unit dies, Stun all enemies within 2-hexes for 2 seconds
