TFT celebrates 6-year anniversary with new rewards and exclusives

Here’s what TFT players can expect when they enter Pengu’s Party!

Riot Games has shared details on how they plan to mark Teamfight Tactics (TFT) reaching its six-year milestone. This includes fresh rewards and unique cosmetic items, along with a revival of the popular Pengu’s Party game mode. Here’s your rundown of the upcoming celebrations!

TFT anniversary event 2025

Between June 11th and July 15th, during TFT updates 14.6 to 14.7, fans of TFT can participate in the Pengu’s Party game mode as part of the game’s anniversary festivities. This special mode showcases traits from various TFT sets over the years, including Imperial and Phantom from the first set, Socialite and Yordle from the sixth set, Dragonlord and Storyweaver from the eleventh set, and more.

Christina Jiang, a senior product manager at TFT, expressed that the event is like a heartfelt message to the TFT community. It acknowledges and appreciates those who started creating compositions in Set 1 as well as newcomers who joined during Cyber City. The 6-Year Bash is all about honoring everyone who’s made this incredible journey memorable.

As stated by Riot Games, the game mode known as Pengu’s Party incorporates two distinctive characteristics from previous sets. Additionally, each trait comes with a prismatic version, introducing an additional unexpected factor.
