Aptitude refers to a boost that increases the damage dealt by an operative’s gunfire when it strikes an opponent. This concept might ring a bell for Granblue players, who often call it “echo effects.

Standard Skill: Magic Apple A Day

Tap: Change the colour of the [Apple Assistant].

Hold: Activate the [Apple Assistant], triggering different effects based on the colour:

• Green Apple: restore Tess’ S-Energy and increase the movement speed of Tess and nearby operatives
• Red Apple: Tess gains a Frost Aptitude buff
• Gold Apple: Deals AoE Frost damage to enemies

Support Skill: Miracle Out of a Hat

Tess provides the active operative with [Glimmerburst], which is a Frost Aptitude buff.

When Glimmerburst is activated, Tess acquires Miracle Freeze-Frame ability: after inflicting sufficient attacks on an enemy with Aptitude, the Frostbite status is bestowed upon the foe, causing periodic Frost damage. This effect can be applied only once per cast of the support skill.

Ultimate Skill: Floating on Air

In a creative flourish, Tess constructs an area of enchantment known as “The Realm of Awe,” which amplifies the ballistic damage dealt by her allies within range and boosts the potency of Aptitude enhancements she bestows upon them.

When the Frostbite skill is activated on an enemy (using her support ability), it prolongs the duration of her supportive effect.

Deiwos Passive: Hidden Harmony

When wielding a Frost weapon, you grant an enhancement to your team’s damage, which increases based on your Alignment Index. For Frost specialists, this damage increase is multiplied by two.
