Terrifying moment glamour model collapses in the middle of a manicure: ‘The nail ladies around me tried to wake me up’

As a dedicated follower of Shani Grimmond’s social media, I can’t help but be deeply concerned for her health and wellbeing after yet another harrowing experience with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). It’s heartbreaking to see this vibrant and beautiful young woman suffer through such painful and debilitating episodes.

Recently, Shani Grimmond experienced a terrifying health incident while getting her nails done at a salon – she suddenly fainted.

At the nail salon, the 26-year-old glamour model and influencer unexpectedly passed out due to a severe cramping episode brought on by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

The blonde beauty said she was stuck on the floor of the salon for 30-45 minutes.  

“Wow, the last three days have been incredibly hectic for me,” she expressed to her Instagram audience along with a self-portrait photo.

‘I got the first flight home because my PCOS is playing up on me. 

Approximately a month had passed since my expected menstrual cycle began, and I found myself at the beauty salon getting my nails painted during that time.

Based on my personal experience, it feels like the world can suddenly shift underfoot in an instant. One moment, I’m having a conversation with a friend, and the next, I’m lying on the ground surrounded by concerned faces. It’s disorienting and frightening to wake up to find myself in unfamiliar surroundings, not knowing what had happened or how long I’ve been out. These moments serve as reminders of the fragility of our health and the importance of taking care of ourselves. They also underscore the value of having supportive friends who are quick to respond when we need them most.

Fortunately, Liv prevented me from hitting my head by grabbing me in time. Unfortunately, after that, my PCOS cramps persisted for 30-45 minutes before I was able to get up. (Oh my, what a bummer.)

Shani has previously experienced fainting episodes due to menstrual cramps, most notably in October while she was on vacation in Bali.

During her stay in Indonesia, she remembered the dreadful experience of having to lies down in a supermarket when suddenly hit with an intense menstrual cramp.

I was delighting in a lavish retreat with Michael Finch, another influential figure in the community, when suddenly, I fell ill.

I remember sharing an experience not too long ago where I endured intense menstrual cramps that left me feeling nauseous and even causing me to vomit. The pain was quite unbearable.

Yesterday, while heading out for lunch with Michael, I unexpectedly experienced my menstrual cycle over a week past its usual schedule. Eventually, it arrived.

I once found myself pedaling my bike through the beautiful landscapes of Bali, feeling alive and free. Suddenly, an unbearable pain gripped me, forcing me to dismount on the spot. With a heavy heart, I had to seek refuge in the nearest Mini Mart, laying down on its cold, tiled floor until the agony passed.

Due to intense pain, she had no choice but to contact a nearby physician who arranged for an ambulance to transport her.
