Teresa Giudice surfaces with husband Luis Ruelas as deported ex Joe begs Trump to reenter US

Teresa Giudice, famously known from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” gracefully emerged in Southern California this week, exuding a striking, elegant appearance.

With her former husband, who is fighting for readmission into the U.S., Teresa is seen in public with her latest partner, Louis ‘Louie’ Ruelas.

On Thursday evening, Louie and Teresa, who got married in 2022 (as captured by Bravo), attended the 10th anniversary summer party hosted by Amara magazine.

The stylish affair took place at the Maya Hotel in Long Beach, where Teresa left an unforgettable impression, captivating everyone in a daring, revealing dress with a plunge neckline.

Her attire accentuated her augmented chest area and suggested her toned waistline, as she confidently struck poses for the photographers.

With a sense of accomplishment, she showcased the special 10-year anniversary edition of the magazine, where she graced its cover as the highlighted figure.

Simultaneously, Louie stood tall and proud next to his wife, donning a pristine white open shirt paired with a matching t-shirt. He completed the look with black pants and added a touch of elegance with a cross.

During the festival, Teresa had the chance to interact with experienced actor Danny Trejo and bodybuilder Mike O’Hearn.

After arguing that he had served his punishment by going to prison and being deported from the United States, Teresa’s former spouse, Joe Giudice, recently made a plea to President Donald Trump, requesting a second opportunity to be with his daughters again.

In 2014, Joe, who was 53 at the time, received a prison term of 41 months following his conviction for several charges of bankruptcy fraud and one charge of tax evasion.

Teresa got found guilty for fraud at the same moment as Joe, and subsequently, their prison terms were arranged consecutively to ensure that one parent was always available at home with their kids.

Following his release, Joe was sent back to his birthplace, Italy, in 2019. Since 2021, he has resided in the Bahamas and has been engaging in a legal struggle to regain entry into the United States.

In the midst of the White House’s efforts to remove undocumented immigrants from the United States, a former Real Housewife of New Jersey made an appeal to the president via an Instagram post, asking to be allowed to return to the nation where he was raised, on Thursday.

Hi there, I’m Joe Giudice. After serving my sentence, I was forced to leave the United States approximately 10 years ago.

Born and brought up in New Jersey, I’m a proud father of four wonderful girls. All I ask is for the opportunity to see them once more.

‘President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance.’

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share my excitement as Siggy Flicker, a former Real Housewives co-star turned U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council member appointed by Trump, has hinted at some secret project she’s been developing. Can’t wait to see what she unveils next!

Flicker wrote: ‘I’m trying. Joe should be back home with his beautiful daughters!!!!!!’

Judge’s criminal conviction leading to deportation not only marked the end of his marriage, but also saw his former wife, Teresa, serve an 11-month prison sentence.

When they were found guilty, the Department of Justice issued a statement that served as a warning about the consequences of dishonesty towards the government, specifically by not paying taxes, using the case of the ex-couple as an illustration.

Paul J. Fishman, U.S. Attorney, stated that the Giudices intentionally misled financial institutions using falsified loan applications. They also concealed assets and income when applying for bankruptcy protection and deceived the court trustee. Moreover, Joe Giudice knowingly evaded paying taxes on years of substantial earnings to the government.

When they confessed their guilt, it was revealed that they had lied about certain statements they knew to be false. Given the gravity of the financial offenses they’ve committed, a prison sentence seems fitting as punishment.

In 2023, Judge Giudice expressed that he continues to feel he didn’t commit significant wrongdoings, and he harshly criticized the U.S. for leaving him stranded in Italy, comparing himself to an abandoned pet.

He mentioned: ‘I found myself in a land I was unfamiliar with. Essentially, it felt as though I had been abandoned there, much like one might abandon a pet, if you understand my analogy.’

Additionally, I must express my gratitude, for Italy welcomed me and essentially provided for me. It’s worth noting that they treated me with respect, unlike how I was often treated in the United States.

‘The United States doesn’t value its citizens or others, as they act towards them in a disrespectful manner, especially when it comes to specific situations. It’s really unbelievable how people are treated there.’

Guidice, clearly upset, voiced his opinion that he wouldn’t have faced fraud charges in the Bahamas or Italy. He further argued that in the United States, individuals accused of murder receive more favorable treatment compared to those charged with fraud.

The father of three went on to say, ‘In fact, there are no taxes applicable to my responsibilities here in The Bahamas, you understand.’

In Italy, there are no taxes on certain things. Instead of going to jail for such matters, one would typically receive a fine or other penalties.

However, it’s important to note that while you may not face imprisonment here, the consequences aren’t necessarily lighter. Families aren’t torn apart in the same way as they are in other parts of the world.

In essence, they imprison individuals for extended periods over such matters. It seems absurd, right? A fine or short sentence, perhaps just six months, would suffice instead.

It seems reasonable to suggest that first offenses should result in penalties beyond just fines, without involving lengthy imprisonment of up to 15 years, especially for actions similar to the one under discussion, where I’ve witnessed a variety of such cases.

Are you following my drift? Some individuals lived for 20 years, others for 30. This isn’t about a criminal act like taking someone’s life, but rather about tax matters. Is that clearer now?

Criminals who commit murder are often released from prison before those who engage in tax fraud in the states. To put it simply, first-time offenders should receive a warning or a small fine rather than lengthy imprisonment. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Yet, it seems unfair to disrupt a family and essentially ruin their existence based on a single error, wouldn’t you agree?

Regardless of his anger towards his imprisonment and expulsion, Giudice expressed – just as he did on Thursday – a desire to reverse his deportation decree and rejoin America once more to be near his daughters: Gia, Milania, Audriana, and Gabriella.
