Tegan Woodford has celebrated her impending arrival this week with a gorgeous party.
James Courtney’s expectant wife is preparing for the birth of their second child, celebrating with close friends and relatives at a “baby shower-like event” called a “baby sprinkle.
A ‘baby sprinkle’ refers to a less formal, scaled-down alternative to the conventional baby shower, typically organized for expectant parents having their first child.
Instead of a lavish picnic, the model chose a picturesque lakeside setting, unfurling blankets and presenting a classic-looking dessert reminiscent of an old-fashioned cake.
Alongside being 35 years old, they additionally provided a variety of seasonal fruits and adorned the area with beautiful flower arrangements.
On her second pregnancy, the expectant mother radiated health and happiness in a bohemian outfit featuring a cropped halter top and a flowing skirt in a soft cream color.
‘The sweetest baby sprinkle with my girls’ she wrote in her caption alongside the photos.
She was accompanied by a group of friends, all wearing soft pastel colors and floral patterns that coordinated with the event’s theme.
44-year-old racecar driver and his wife announced on Instagram last September that they are expecting their second child, by posting a touching message about their upcoming addition.
They displayed a treasured collection of affectionate photographs showing them enjoying tranquil natural scenery with their two-year-old boy, Kobe, by their side.
Tegan also showed her ultrasound photos to the camera.
James, Tegan, and their little boy, sporting a sweater emblazoned with “Big Brother,” all smiled brightly as they stood together for the camera.
They titled the pictures: “Overjoyed about the arrival of a stunning little girl to our family, expected early 2025. #OurLittleMiracle
Fitness influencer Ashy Bines enthusiastically exclaimed, “I’m overjoyed and thrilled for you, darling!”, while Australian racing driver Tim Slade briefly conveyed his congratulations with the simple phrase, “Congratulations everyone.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I am thrilled to share that this joyous duo, who had been keeping their nuptials under wraps, became newlyweds at the tail end of 2022. Their family expanded further with the arrival of their second child, baby boy Kobe, shortly thereafter.
The couple eloped in September 2022 in front of just a handful of people.
They included Tegan’s mother, James’ parents and his two children from his previous marriage.
James has two older children, Zara and Cadel, from his first married to a woman named Carys.
Tegan and James’ initial romance ruffled feathers in the world of motorsports.
Rumours swirled in late 2021 that Courtney’s Supercars rivals had nicknamed him ‘the handbag’.
His name originated as a result of him frequently appearing in the backdrop, doing household tasks, within her scantily-clad girlfriend’s provocative Instagram shots.
Prior to his relationship with Tegan, James had a brief fling with Kyly Clarke, who is now divorced from retired Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke.
Initially, Kyly and James crossed paths as kids, but they reconnected through social media after both their previous marriages had concluded.
It’s believed they ended their romance in December 2020.
