As a child of the ’90s, I can vividly recall the thrill of watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on TV and playing with their action figures. So, when I heard about “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed,” my inner ninja turtle fanboy leaped out of its shell!
The latest action game by developers A Heartful of Games, titled “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed,” is available to play right now.
Outright Games, the publisher, has debuted a launch trailer that’s brimming with everything turtle-related, just as anticipated: there’s pizza, close combat, a giant rodent, a city under threat (New York), and more.
The game is done in that new CGI style, where the turtles all look a little weird and bug-eyed. Then again, it probably only looks especially weird if you grew up with the old style of turtles.
The description reads:
Get ready for some thrilling action! Today, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is available on computers and gaming consoles. Join in the fight against brand new mutants, reunite with old friends, and join forces with everyone’s beloved pizza-loving superheroes to bring tranquility back to New York City!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is out now, on consoles and PC.
