As a seasoned gamer with countless hours poured into Teamfight Tactics, I can’t help but feel a surge of anticipation as Riot Games unveils the long-awaited PvE game mode – Tocker’s Trials! Having dabbled in the world of Magic n’ Mayhem, I’m eager to see how this new experience will blend with the mechanics I’ve grown accustomed to.
Excited for the PvE TFT game mode? Here’s a quick explainer of Tocker’s Trials.
Riot Games is launching a Player versus Environment (PvE) gameplay option for Teamfight Tautics! Get the details on the upcoming TFT PvE experience, “Tocker’s Trials,” right here.
TFT PvE: Tocker’s Trials
In the ongoing Magic n’ Mayhem collection, you’ll find Tocker’s Trials. This implies that gameplay mechanics, rules, and upgrades will align with standard Player vs Player Team Fight Tactics (TFT), but there won’t be any Charms involved in this set.

As stated in the official Teamfight Tactics blog post, Tocker’s Trials was developed as an experimental game mode by the TFT team. Initially, they weren’t certain if they would release it, but after refining it, they found it to be enjoyable and are eager to let players worldwide experience it.
How does it work?
Initially, you play by yourself without any teammates in the queue. This gives you the liberty to spend as much time as needed to strategize your moves on the board, since there’s no one else depending on you. You can relax and concentrate, undisturbed, in your own space, excelling in Tocker’s Trials.
The game is structured as a series of 30 individual challenges, where you’ll encounter six formidable opponents known as bosses. Rather than Health Points (HP), you possess lives. If you lose three times, the game will end in your defeat.

With every passing round, you accumulate points. Strive for the top score to earn boasting rights as the champion among your fellow TFT enthusiasts.
If Normal mode was too easy for you, there exists Chaos mode.
When will Tocker’s Trials be available?
Players can enjoy the TFT PvE goodness when it goes live on August 27, 2024 with patch 14.17.
It will be available for two patches before rotating out on September 24, 2024 with patch 14.19.
