Team Bieber rejects speculation about Justin and Diddy: Care about those ‘genuinely harmed’

Despite the disturbing details of Cassandra Ventura’s testimony this week concerning her life with Sean “Diddy” Combs and his alleged “freak-off” preferences, try not to speculate about any potential encounters between Combs and Justin Bieber, who was introduced into Combs’ inner circle as a teenager.

Although much talk persists following the appearance of videos showing them together, Team Bieber declared on Thursday that no incident occurred; there’s simply no news to report. Carry on, there’s nothing interesting here.

Reports suggest that the newly-minted father’s marriage may be facing difficulties, but over the weekend, Justin Bieber posted an Instagram story featuring a heartwarming scene of a male lion tenderly nuzzling a female lion. He tagged his wife Hailey in this post.

This week, Sean Combs (also known as Puff Daddy or P. Diddy) is standing trial for allegations involving sex trafficking, racketeering, among other charges. Notably, his former girlfriend, Cassie, has provided compelling testimony in court this week.

Moving on to Bieber, it was Scooter Braun who discovered him in 2008, and he was soon signed to a label co-run by Braun and Usher. It’s worth noting that Usher, the “Yeah” singer, was a protege of Sean Combs (also known as Puff Daddy or Diddy) back in the ’90s. Combs took Usher under his wing and served as his legal guardian when Usher moved to New York at just 15 years old. This move was orchestrated by record executive and producer L.A. Reid, who sent Usher to live with Combs with the intention of learning from the industry mogul.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal representative, Teny Geragos, acknowledged that Combs’ aggressive behaviors could potentially justify domestic violence accusations. However, he argued that the charges of sex trafficking and racketeering against Combs were unfounded.

At that point, Usher primarily dedicated himself to creating music, disregarding any peculiar occurrences happening nearby.

So when Bieber and Usher connected, could a Combs meet be far behind?

In November 2009, a video of Justin Bieber spending 48 hours with Diddy was uploaded to YouTube, which garnered attention after an interview between Combs and the “Baby” singer appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show.

In the video, Combs displayed a silver Lamborghini to Bieber and mentioned, “The car is yours once you turn sixteen.” This was following Bieber’s request to drive it immediately with Combs as passenger, given he had his permit. After a brief pause, Combs declined by saying, “No.” He then offered him a mansion when Bieber turned eighteen. Combs clarified that he did not have legal guardianship over Bieber like he did with Usher, but they were going to spend the next 48 hours together.

On Tuesday night, lawyers for Sean Combs submitted a request asserting that the prosecution under the Mann Act is racially biased. This accusation has been refuted by prosecutors during prior court proceedings.

Later in the Kimmel interview, Combs stated, “It’s wiser not to discuss the things I did with my older brother Puff on live national television.” He then continued, “Not everything is meant for everyone to know.” After referring to Bieber as his ‘little brother’ and praising him as an exceptional individual who often seeks his guidance in the industry, Combs implied.

The pair’s paths would keep intersecting, even showing up together at events promoting Combs’ vodka brand Ciroc, which he severed ties with in January 2024 following some difficulties.

On Thursday, Bieber’s team issued a statement clarifying that there was never any inappropriate interaction between the two parties.

Though Justin Bieber himself wasn’t harmed by Sean Combs, there are people who suffered genuine harm at his hands, as a representative for Bieber explained to TMZ. It is misleading to concentrate on anything else when discussing this matter because it takes away from the proper justice that these victims deserve.
