Taylor Swift excited her fans by showing off a fresh style on the Graham Norton show, coinciding with the huge success of her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl.
The 35-year-old pop icon showcased a fresh look with a shorter, side-swept fringe – a change from her usual full bangs – as she excitedly discussed her engagement to Travis Kelce. She truly dazzled everyone with her new style and joyful news. This marks a new era for the singer.
However, the change in her appearance caused discussion online, with some fans commenting that she didn’t seem to look like her usual self. Some even speculated that she had received filler injections.
One fan wrote on Reddit: ‘She doesn’t quite look like herself. Am I crazy?
Others penned: ‘Is it the fillers or the bang looking sooo different.
‘How does she look so different from when we saw her on New Heights just a few months ago??

‘Woah she looks different’
Something about how her bangs are styled is a little off-putting – that’s what I notice most, honestly. But she still looks great!
‘She needs to chill on the filler.
‘Are these AI?’
I’m sorry, whoever did her hair and makeup here needs to be fired.’
Many people praised the star’s beautiful appearance, with one person commenting: ‘I don’t really think she looks much different, particularly in the photo where she’s smiling.’
I notice she appears slightly different, but I believe the way the photos were taken isn’t showing her in the best light. In all the other promotional materials, she looks just like her usual self.
‘I honestly think its the bangs and the photos they picked.’
The Daily Mail reached out to a spokesperson for Taylor Swift for a statement, but they haven’t received a response yet.
The Daily Mail has also been told Swift has not undergone any cosmetic procedures.

Taylor Swift prominently displayed her engagement ring from Travis Kelce, who proposed in August, while on The Graham Norton Show. The ring, reportedly costing between $700,000 and $1,000,000, was a clear highlight as she showed it off to viewers. The sparkling jewelry came from her NFL star fiancé.
When Graham asked about the wedding date, she replied: ‘You’ll find out when the time is right. I want to finish the album first, and then we’ll start planning the wedding. I think planning it will be enjoyable.’
Regarding her eagerly awaited new album, The Life of a Showgirl, Taylor explained: ‘During last year’s tour, I was incredibly tired – feeling unwell and drained – so I worked on the album as a private creative outlet. It kept me from burning out.’
When asked if her songs are based on personal experiences, she explained: ‘I’m generally honest about my life, but lately I prefer to tell stories with some distance. It’s not like I’m dissecting every detail of my own life.‘
Okay, so someone brought up that she used to say she *only* wrote songs she could, like, actually sing herself, and it got me thinking… and she just said, “I think my wheelhouse is bigger now.” Seriously?! I knew it! She’s grown so much as an artist! It’s amazing! I always suspected she was capable of so much more, and now she’s admitting it! This is huge! I’m so excited to see where she goes next! This is a game changer!
Running in heels has made me feel incredibly capable. I’m now confident enough to write more challenging song sections, hit higher notes, and even experiment with falsetto. The recent tour has really boosted my confidence.
When asked about particular tracks on the album, she explained: ‘My dad is really enthusiastic about Opalite, and Travis loves it too. The idea of growing opals in a lab is a good way to think about creating your own happiness-overcoming challenges and feeling good about living life your way.’
Taylor discussed regaining ownership of the original recordings of her first six albums. She bought these rights from Shamrock Holdings, who had purchased them in 2020. Previously, her former record company, Big Machine, had sold them to Scooter Braun in 2019.
She explained that a long-held ambition had finally been realized: she’d purchased the rights to all of her previously released music. She added that while she doesn’t usually react to things, the fact that she didn’t own her work had been deeply frustrating.

I didn’t feel entitled to it – I was actually willing to pay, even a higher price. I’m pleased I shared my experience publicly, and I’m grateful my fans supported me and advocated for me.
Honestly, it was just unbelievable when it finally happened. Travis and I were both completely overwhelmed with emotion, we were in tears! And even now, whenever someone brings it up, I still get this amazing rush of happiness. It’s a truly special memory for us, and I’m so grateful it happened. It feels like a dream sometimes, and I cherish every moment of it. #grateful
Taylor was sitting with Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Domhnall Gleeson and Lewis Capaldi on the couch. She seemed especially amused by fellow musician Lewis Capaldi, and could be heard laughing as the Scottish star talked.
Taylor Swift will be on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, October 3rd – which is also the day her new album comes out.
