It looks like Taylor Swift’s famous friends might be taking sides in her public disagreement with Charli XCX.
Taylor Swift’s friends Cara Delevingne and Ed Sheeran were seen talking to someone Taylor is reportedly not friendly with at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.
This follows the recent release of Taylor Swift’s new album, The Life Of A Showgirl, which appears to include a song targeting Charli XCX. One particularly harsh line from the song references a supposed comment: ‘I heard you call me ‘Boring Barbie’ when the coke’s got you brave.’
During the gala, Cara Delevingne and Ed Sheeran took a casual photo with Charli and her friend Rachel Sennott, who is 30 years old. Taylor Swift wasn’t there.
On Wednesday, Delevingne posted the photo to her Instagram account, where she has 40 million followers, along with other pictures from the event.
Cara Delevingne and Ed Sheeran have been close friends with Taylor Swift for more than ten years, and they’ve also collaborated with her on her music.

The supermodel first met Swift in 2013 at that year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
She soon joined Taylor Swift’s close group of friends, which also featured models Gigi Hadid, Martha Hunt, Karlie Kloss, and Lily Aldridge.

In 2015, Cara Delevingne appeared in Taylor Swift’s popular music video for “Bad Blood,” playing a character called ‘Mother Chucker.’

In an interview last year, Delevingne shared that when she moved in with Taylor Swift, she introduced the singer to a very adventurous lifestyle.
‘I was going through a really horrible breakup, and she let me live with her,’ she shared.
We have very different personalities. She was very down-to-earth and took great care of me, but I led her into some exciting, and maybe a little chaotic, situations.
Delevingne didn’t say exactly when she and Swift lived together, but she described her close friend as one of the funniest and most intelligent people she knows.

As for Sheeran, he and Swift have been in each other’s lives since 2012.
They reportedly formed a friendship after Swift voiced she was a fan of his 2011 song Lego House.
These two musicians have collaborated on four songs over the past 13 years, one of which was the popular track “Everything Has Changed” released in 2012.
Taylor Swift helped launch Ed Sheeran’s career by having him open for her Red Tour in North America in 2013. They’ve been close friends ever since, often surprising fans by showing up at each other’s shows.
For years, fans often saw Sheeran on Taylor Swift’s Instagram, whether she was sharing casual moments they had together or funny behind-the-scenes glimpses from events like the Grammys.
Swift even previously described the Shape Of You hitmaker as a ‘second brother.’
