One of the most touching moments in Taylor Swift’s new Disney+ documentary is when she surprises her dancers with bonuses as a thank you for their hard work on tour.
Cameras captured her happily writing individual thank-you notes to every member of her Eras Tour crew. She included a check with each note and sealed the envelopes with her signature wax stamps.

A $750,000 bonus is an extremely large amount, especially considering most professional dancers earn around $140,000 annually with consistent, full-time work.
The bonus was given to a wide range of people who helped make the event happen, including truck drivers, catering staff, instrument technicians, the merchandise team, lighting and sound crews, production and assistant staff, carpenters, dancers, the band, security personnel, choreographers, pyrotechnics experts, riggers, and the hair, makeup, and wardrobe teams. Physical therapists and video team members also received a bonus.
Taylor gathered her dancers in a circle on bonus day and asked them to open the cards she’d given them at the same time, explaining they all had the same message.

Truck driver bonuses
This news follows a previous report that she gave each of her truck drivers a $100,000 bonus for transporting her tour equipment across the United States.
According to TMZ, she gave generous six-figure bonuses to her staff before performing in Santa Clara, California.
The publication reported that about 50 truck drivers were working on the US portion of the tour. If the artist really did give out $100,000 in bonuses, the total payout to drivers would have been over $5 million.

Children’s hospital visits
Back in June, Taylor made a sweet surprise visit to a local children’s hospital in Florida.

Taylor visited Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, where she spent time chatting with patients, their families, and the hospital staff.
She also posed with the hospital’s Chief of Surgery, Dr. Jill Whitehouse, during her visit.

This happened after Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, made a heartwarming visit to a children’s hospital in Kansas City shortly after she finished her Eras Tour last December.
She appeared thrilled while posing for photos with patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital, and then joined the hospital staff for a group picture.
Travis Kelce, 36, a star player for the Kansas City Chiefs, was also present at the hospital, but they weren’t photographed together.
Melissa Nuzum, whose daughter Baylee was visited by Taylor Swift, shared on Facebook that Taylor made a wonderful and unexpected visit to children in the hospital. Baylee was selected for the visit because she often requests Taylor Swift’s music during difficult medical procedures.

Charity donations
Taylor has made a habit of generously donating to those in need.
Earlier this October, the famous singer donated $100,000 to help two-year-old Lilah fight a rare and serious type of brain cancer, as detailed on her GoFundMe page.
The Daily Mail reached out to Taylor’s representative for comment.
It’s unknown how Taylor Swift found out about Lilah’s illness, but a supportive Instagram account shared that the little girl is a big fan of the singer.
The post featured a picture of bright, handmade friendship bracelets. Another patient was selling them to help raise funds for Lilah’s expensive medical care.
I was so touched by this Instagram post! Apparently, Lilah told Taylor she wanted to be her best friend, and that’s actually where Taylor got the idea to make her a friendship bracelet! It’s even sweeter because Lilah’s initials are LS, so the bracelet says ‘Lilah Strong’ – it’s just the most thoughtful thing ever!
Lilah’s aunt started a GoFundMe page explaining that Lilah was diagnosed with cancer after having a seizure at home in February. This happened while Lilah’s mother was giving birth to her new baby at the hospital.
Lilah ‘was rushed to the hospital where they did a scan and found a mass on her brain’.
An MRI scan showed Lilah had a serious brain tumor, but doctors were able to remove it completely. She seemed to be recovering nicely.
I was so worried when they moved her to the children’s hospital for an MRI. Then, we got the devastating news – the mass they found was actually a stage 4 tumor. It was just heartbreaking.
Later that week, her family received even more devastating news: doctors diagnosed her with a rare and fast-growing type of brain cancer.
Oh, my heart just breaks for Lilah. She’s going to have to go through three months of chemo, and then three months of stem cell treatments. It’s just…so much. And her family? They’re going to be practically living at the hospital for weeks at a time, every four weeks, just to be there for her. The costs are going to pile up, I just know it, and I wish I could do anything to help them get through this. I’m just constantly thinking about them and sending all my positive energy Lilah’s way.
Swift’s $100,000 donation on Friday instantly topped the list of donations to Lilah.
Fans quickly discovered Taylor’s act of generosity and decided to join in.
Because she’s interested in numerology and considers 13 her lucky number, a lot of fans chose to donate $13 to the campaign.
Taylor recently showed her kind heart, and it reminded people of how generous she is. This followed a story from her friend Ruby Rose, who shared an example of Taylor defending her and highlighting Taylor’s giving nature.
Ruby quickly debunked claims made by some fans and critics suggesting Taylor Swift holds conservative views or supports Donald Trump’s followers.
She focused on Taylor Swift’s charitable side, explaining online that the singer would browse GoFundMe pages as if they were a social media feed, quickly donating to causes as easily as ‘liking’ a post.
Ellen Pompeo, known for her role on Grey’s Anatomy, shared that Taylor Swift made a very generous and rapid donation to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) program at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Hurricane relief donations
Last October, Taylor donated $5 million to help communities recovering from Hurricanes Helene and Milton in Florida.
